3 Steps To Obtain Proposals 1) Authorize MTB to review current Telecom expenses by endorsing our Letter Of Agency 2) Provide current bill copies to ensure accuracy of usage and services rendered  (many Businesses pay for services they never required or use) 3) List all parties involved in decision making and the process your company utilizes to implement change
Implementation of Services After billing, service requirements and Proposals have been reviewed and Carrier(s) are chosen… MTB Director will need an email from client stating choice of Carrier(s) with cost of services listed MTB Director will expedite internally with Carrier(s) to target service activation date(s) and align Engineering Teams Activation Dates, phone numbers and Engineering Team will be shared with client ~ upon request Last minute changes/updates can be communicated via email – instead of lengthy phone conversations and waiting to hear back from the Carrier(s)
Client will be billed directly from Carrier(s), except if bundling MTB hosted/managed services – then MTB shall bill client in a discounted bundle offer Most Carriers offer real-time online bill review with print options, and possible feature change options MTB can obtain up to date service usages and/or charges for client at any time ~ upon request  MTB Engineering Teams can conduct a Data/Media Usage Audit to identify trends, over/under usage, Bandwidth challenges…etc.  Billing… with Options
