NOVEMBER 21, 2011

Franie Kramer, Jackie Stempfer, LoiIntrieri, Carol Intrieri, Carl Schlenke, Herb
Gearhard, John and Patti Hillenbrand, Chad Reese, Tom Moody, Jay Stokes, David
Scherb, Guy Scherb, Ed Banks, Mary Hicks, Mary Margaret Galdes.
MINUTES: Minutes were distributed for review and approval. Joan made motion, Jim
seconded – minutes approved.
TREASURER REPORT: Money market account; $5959.98 and regular account
$4830.57. Joan made motion, Kim second – treasurer report approved.
MEMBERSHIP: No current new members. Dues notices will be mailed for January due
date.
FESTIVAL: Jackie reported the festival was a success and many have told us they hope
we do another one next year. There is a supply list of items for next year’s event which
will give us a big head start. A thank you will go out to all the vendors, scouts and
community service workers.
NIGHT OF LIGHTS: Help is needed for this event which will take place December 2,
2011 from 6-9.
501c(3): Mary Margaret is still working on our 501c(3) status.
STAYMATES HOUSE: The roof is being repaired and should be done by the end of the
week. Contractor originally scheduled to do electric work has backed out and bid being
accepted. Council gave permission to go through things in the barn and any sales will go
toward either the house of barn repairs.
GAS WELL: Currently getting last of paper to finalize application.
OFFICERS: A slate of officers for 2012 was presented and will be voted on at the
January meeting:
