Ray Meehan, Fiore Benevento and Carl Patty while Don Fleming read the meaning of
each fold.

Carl started the meeting by thanking Herb for a great time at his place for our October
meeting.

Minutes were distributed for additions, corrections and approval. Herb informed us no
paper work has been submitted as of yet and Joan noted Helene Smith’s name was
spelled wrong. Jim made and motion and Dot seconded it that the minutes be approved
as corrected.

Connie presented the Treasures report:
      Money market: $2,959.96
      First Commonwealth: $8,887.88

Discussion followed about possibly moving money to a better interest bearing account,
but decision was made to let everything remain where it is.

suggestions and/or changes. Fiore made a motion and Pete seconded it to approve the
brochure. Carol will come back to next meeting with cost to produce and a decision will
be made as to how many to order based on cost.

Carol presented an emblem design for approval. Recommendation was made we
give them to new members as well as approach businesses to display them in their
windows to promote the Society as well as becoming a business member. Further action
was tabled till be determine cost of production.

followed regarding ordering more. Jim made a motion and Fiore seconded it to purchase
25 more.
Carol presented the possibility of a having float/wagon representing the Society for the

would be appropriate to include on the sample.

Carl stated the state flag has not yet been put up. Also the grain bin and dry sink are in
the barn at Staymates.

The same article was printed in this issue of the Nut Shell as last issue. Ask Chuck Hall
if he would write a new one for the next issue.
