Made parts from blueprints to within .03 and up to .003 for passing inspection. All fabricated
parts were for the premier VIP interiors of our customers and where I also installed the parts as needed.

Worked as mechanic and sheet metal assembler on MD-80 that had been in storage for 20 yrs. in the desert.
Extensive C-check restoration throughout entire aircraft, systems and everything.
Sheet metal Mechanic - Working completions
BOMBARDIER/LEARJET - Wichita, KS - August 2007 to February 2008
on 60xr models for pre and post paint on exterior structural s and mechanical squawks, NCRs', DCNs' for
pre-flight, pre-cert., flight prep using Lear jet Engineering drawings. Flight control removal and installations,
cable tensionings, main and nose gear actuator removal and installation for lab calibrations, O2 system leak
detection, iridium airshow and antenna mods, ELT removal and install. Assisted with all Functional tests to
include cockpit familiarity. Later moved to flight production on 60XR model for all flight and pilot squawks, to
include many Functional tests; ie; fueling, compass turns, engine runs and tests on blast fence etc.. Fueling
includes fuel weight dispensing from cockpit. Also helped to develop new phase on final assembly line from
production flight with a team of four to manage fuel leakage problems and door fittings while fully loaded.

Used conventional Jet Lathe and Bridgeport Mill for replicating parts for
SB8C Helldiver and P-40 from blueprints obtained from the Smithsonian for complete restore from 4340 carbon
steel.
Sheet Metal Assembler

Contracted position working for the Sino-Swearingen Production facility in Martinsburg, WV. Team member
on the assembly line and trained new recruits in sheet metal mechanics for the production SJ-30 aircraft. Used
state-of-the-art techniques to manufacture complex sheet metal components for fuselage and flight control
assemblies from aluminum. Installed skins on frame both right and left side on planes 9-11. Later moved to
Utah to continue structural assembly of tail section for SJ-30 until program closed due to Swearingen financial
mismanagement.

3. Contract position that involved the fabrication of the right and left-hand mid-fuselage panels on the SJ-30

making that was used to create molds for casting of various components. Assembled mock-up motorcycle for
test fitting for parts and whole bike engineering.
