(HPHT) well design, drilling and comple on opera ons to drilling and comple on engineers. The course is specifi-
cally designed to provide an understanding of the challenges associated with the design and construc on of HPHT
wells. The course is delivered as a scenario based course and this starts with a basic HPHT pressure profile and
geology. The course lets par cipants work through the various well design aspects. Working on a real case allows
the par cipants to learn not only theory, technicali es and prac cali es of drilling and comple ng HPHT wells but
it also ensures that par cipants gain real experience in understanding the HPHT issues.
If this course is provided to par cipants from a single client the course scenario can be provided by the client. This
allows par cipants a real insight into the HPHT challenges from their own well.
This course follows the excellent Drilling Project & Risk Management principles so clearly wri en in “Project Risk
Management” by Chapman & Ward; “Project Management – A Jump Start” by Heldman and several industry
