This stress can cause negative effects on their mental health and academic performance through worrying, difficulty focusing, and lower grades. Stress arises from factors such as heavy course loads without enough time, unclear assignment instructions, and difficulties balancing school with social and personal responsibilities. Managing stress is important for students' well-being and success.

2. Introduction
Millions of students around the world choose to
have higher education to try to improve
their knowledge, abilities, and chances for
their future success. (Chu, 2022)
But there are a lot of challenges at university,
especially if you have personal issues, so much
work must be done, and facing a lot of pressure.

Academic Pressure
• It might be caused by from high
expectations from their professors, parents,
or it might be from themselves requirements
for their academic performance to have
high grades.
• It might be caused when having so many
tasks, projects, and assignments.

4. Effects of Academic pressure
• It will effect them by feeling stressed and
worried about their academic performance
(Barbayannis, et.al, 2022).
• It can lead them on facing difficulties while
focusing on tasks due to stress.

5. Causes of having a huge amount of work
• Academic pressure can cause stress and
worry, and leading to have difficulty on
focusing, sleeping, and enjoying studying.
• Huge amount of work may result from having
difficult assignments, not enough time, having
multiple tasks must be done at once, and not
having enough instructions on what must be
done.

• Students who have a huge amount of work often
feel stressed and worried, which can cause
headaches, difficulties falling asleep, and
overthinking.
• They may also find it difficult to focus on their
work and have fun in their free time.
• Students might miss having fun activities and
spending time with family.

• Student levels of stress might cause
problems in their personal lives. s (Lee,

• It might be difficult to manage their
work, social life, and personal life.
• Stress may lead to worry, anger, and
not having enough energy,

• University students often face high
stress levels due to the work, personal
issues, academics pressure on them, This
shows how important having a good
control of stress is to their happiness
and success.
