- Once you login this is where you begin. To do list is in the top right. From here you can send presentations, post to facebook or twitter, add contacts etc.
- This is your digital library full of all of your videos, PDF’s, webpages and custom presentations.
- System has a full contact manager that allows you to separate contacts into business builders, product users, leader, leads and any other category you would like. Also found here is reporting on each contact. It will show you when they visit your site. What pages they are looking at. Find out it they are actually watching the presentation that you send them (down to the percentage they watched) And the system tracks everything you send them and do with them so you always have the date you sent any item.
- Each person has their own personalized site. Mine could be Darren.GenerationYoung.com. You can choose what you want for yours.
- This is the auto post feature. You select how often you want to post (every day or every three days or as often as you would like). Then you select how many generic posts you want to have posted before you post a Jeunesse specific post. You can then authorize the system to post on your behalf each day. System comes loaded with a years worth of social posts if you were to post every single day. Or you can manual post from the social medial library provided (next slide)

- Here you can build a custom presentation. Add a video or two. Maybe combine it with a PDF of the comp plan. Save it for future reference and send it out to as many contacts as you would like.
- Once your contact clicks the link a custom presentation player pops up and starts playing the video you sent. This is where it gets fun. (next slide)
- As soon as your contact starts watching the presentation you get an instant notification via text and email that says your contact is watching your presentation. Now see how much they watched and follow up accordingly. Imageine now that you send a contact a video on the product and a video on the opportunity. They watch 100% of the product video and maybe even watch it twice. They then open up the opportunity video and only watch 10%. Well guess what? I know how to follow up with this contact.
- We have a lot of distributors who get creative with these. They add a QR code to their business card, attach them to their products, put them on printed materials they hand out. Once you scan the QR (Quick Response) code it can start playing a video, take them to your website or whatever you want it to do.
- The app gives you the ability to have your business in your pocket. Let’s say you run into someone at the grocery store. They ask what you are up to these days. And you say hey let me send you a short video about what I’m doing. I think you’ll like it. I pull out my phone and send it off to them while we are standing in line at the store. It also give me analytics of what’s going on with my site. Who is visiting, watching videos etc. And if you want to add all your contact into the system the app will pull all of your phone contacts into Jbuilder. Just go the app store and search for “My Tools Presenter”. The app is free. Use your username and password to login.
