 Provide information relating to the Airport and Duty Free facilities to all

 Answering emails received such as product availability and price, warranty issues,
return/exchange concerns and Cyber Finest concerns.
 Setting Email/CSD reference to each complaint received.
 Attending customer complaint against staff behavior.
 Attending customer returning a defective item.
 Facilitate the repair of defective items and ensure timely delivery to customers.
 Liaise with internal departments and suppliers.
 Prepare the documentations for Exchange, Refunds and Returns.
 Compile a monthly analysis of all customer comments cards.
 Maintain logbooks and procedures for non-DDF and DDF items left by customer.
 Receive and maintain procedure for vouchers issued.
 Answer queries regarding Finest Surprise / Millennium Millionaire.
 Ensure all relevant marketing material is available and up to date.
