Attend to all passenger’s / customers’ queries at the customer service desk and provide
timely and accurate information.
Provide information relating to the Airport and Duty Free facilities to all
passengers/customers.
Answering emails received such as product availability and price, warranty issues,
return/exchange concerns and Cyber Finest concerns.
Setting Email/CSD reference to each complaint received.
Attending customer complaint against staff behavior.
Attending customer returning a defective item.
Facilitate the repair of defective items and ensure timely delivery to customers.
Liaise with internal departments and suppliers.
Prepare the documentations for Exchange, Refunds and Returns.
Compile a monthly analysis of all customer comments cards.
Maintain logbooks and procedures for non-DDF and DDF items left by customer.
Receive and maintain procedure for vouchers issued.
