Zappos LLC was founded in 1999 and is based in Las
Vegas, Nevada, operates as an online shoe retailer
selling many different types of footwear. Zappos had
expanded their inventory to include clothing vegan
shoes, handbags and other accessories. In 2004, they
launched a second line of shoes called Zappos
Couture. In July 2009, Zappos became a subsidiary of
Amazon and continues to operate as an independent
entity. Zappos is known for its 10 Core Values and
Customer obsessed environment. The company was
