Scene by scene. ffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffff
1. Scene by scene – What needs to be filmed in each scene
Filming schedule – what I am going to be filming in each scene to give me structure when I am filming.
This will help me understand what type of content I want to capture in each scene as it means I can film
content in order and not miss any activity.
“Morning routine”
Getting out of bed + not happy about today
Body checking in the mirror, instantly hating herself
Picking clothes out for the day (clothes that does not help with her mental state, no thought put
into the outfit + doing her makeup
Going into the kitchen – looking at food, not getting anything
“Motivation”
Looks at the time – its 12pm lunch time – distracts herself to not eat

motivation and passion

day wants to keep it like that, but she is bored)
Voice over of her disordered thoughts about food, her body image, reminder of why she is doing
this – the benefits (look at script)
Sitting in her room with a worried but relieving look on her face – her reaction to what is going
through her head, she feels comfort but also does not, she wishes she did not have this voice all
the time.
“No gain=no pain”
Getting ready to go out for a walk (getting shoes, coat on, playing music, starts tracking her
workout) - shows no motivation as it is forced because she does not have any energy – goes
anyways regardless
Film walking – few minutes (make it look like she has been walking for miles)
Film running – few minutes (make it clear she has hit a wall, has not gotten enough energy to
even walk home - make it look like She has been running for ages)
Show her walking home – exhausted but pleased with herself
Show her tracking of the exercises she has done – her reaction as to how proud she is of herself
Continues to do exercises – sit up at home (do 30 reps – the amount she and her body can
handle)

Reaction to eating the food – she really does not want to eat the food, but she knows she has
too (does not want to accept it), secretly enjoying the food.

Looking at what she has ate that day and previous days (she is eaten a lot of last week – guilt)
Her crying in her darkish room late at night
