2. Filming getting out of bed
[1/3/24]
This camera angle is for the first shot of the entire short film. This shot captures her
getting out of bed, then the next shot will be her getting ready for the day.
I picked this angle because it shows the bed and her walking toward her light, (you see
the light switch one not her actually doing the activity.
This shot is a "medium shot" as I am focusing on her bed and what she does.
3. Getting ready for the day
[1/3/24]
This camera angle captures her looking in the mirror as this is how she starts
her day.
Getting this shot was a nightmare because of the space in my room and what I
needed to capture.
This angle captures the mirror and her, this was a "high angle shot" because it
was on top of my desk with the tripod attached.
4. Getting clothing
[1/3/24]
This shot captures her getting her outfit for the day. This shows how
unmotivated, sad and how she has no thought in her outfit for that day.
This shot is a "medium close up" as it captures her and the wardrobe.
5. Doing makeup
[1/3/24]
This shot captures her doing her makeup after getting dressed for the day. This shot
is a "low angle" as you can see everything that is needed to be shown but I am on
the floor and the camera is on the floor with the tripod.
6. Filming reaction
[7/3/24]
This shot captures her reaction to watching the different YouTube and TikTok
videos that she is watching for motivation and inspiration. For this I am going
to do a side-by-side edit so you can see her reaction while seeing what she is
watching.
This shot is a "close up" as I am just capturing her reaction from an angle that
is close to the laptop, but you cannot see it in shot.
7. Getting over the shoulder
For the clips that I am getting "screen recordings" of the laptop
this is the position that camera is at. This creates an "over the
shoulder" effect because there is content that shows her and
the laptop.
For the scenes where she is on her phone at her desk the
camera is in the same position.
For the zoom in shots the camera is in the same position, but I
just zoom in.
8. Walking down the stairs
This is a high angle shot of me walking down the stairs, through out
the short film you will see the whole process of her before going out
for a walk. This scene captures the last moment before she leaves the
house.
I wanted to create this shot to show the different stages but to also
show her outfit in full, how unmotivated she is to go out and how
she does not look happy at all; this is also portrayed through out the
short film.
