Description: - Manufacturing of truck parts for air intake system and engine assembly
passage with all critical dimensions as per the Volvo standards and designs. The parts
were made from polypropylene having a number of child parts at post assembly level.
Role and responsibility: - Working as a PROJECT HEAD, dealing all the process from
child parts supplier end to final dispatch of the product to VOLVO with zero PPM.
2) Company Name :- Ashok Leyland , Alwar , Rajasthan.
Description: - Manufacturing of Ashok Leyland bus seat for all AC and non-AC busses .
Role and responsibility: - Looking at the development of the bus parts for Ashok
Leyland for wheel humps and other plastic parts from T-Zero stage and leading the
project till end with R&D over the parts and process to production stage.
