There are tons of continental
cuisine available in the world.
Indian food has been prepared
for over 5000 years. Each
region's food is influenced by its
own customs, beliefs, and
culture. Muslims typically
consume meat meals while
Hindus usually eat vegetarian
food, but pork is not allowed.
Indian food has been influenced
by various cuisines, including
Persian, Chinese, and Mongolian.
The distinctive spice blending
that consistently gives Indian
cuisine its flavour and scent has
remained a recurring theme.
The food options differ in the north,
south, east, and west. While southern
Indians favour rice and coconut,
northern Indians typically consume
flatbreads like chapati and naan.
Although Western India is increasingly
globalised, it is known for its traditional,
hot curries. The region's hub metropolis
of Mumbai, once known as Bombay, is
teeming with residents, tourists, and
workers. While each culture has its own
distinct traditional foods, the most
common ones include seafood and
curries, hot and spicy sausages, and
snacks with chai tea. The main
ingredients of East Indian cuisine are
rice, milk, and vegetables that are simply
cooked and curried with yoghurt, seeds,
and spices. East Indians adore sweets,
and they utilise a lot of milk and other
dairy ingredients in them.
Coming to what is the health content in Indian
Food. Indian food has been there for ages and
many of the dishes prepared came with tons of
inbuilt ayurvedic properties which are beneficial
to the body. It all depends on how you cook the
food. It is true that the spice content in Indian
food is more compared to the other cuisines but
when it comes to the nutritional properties of
those spices you can not deny that Indian food is
not healthy for eg - Elaichi. Elaichi has tons of
medicinal properties and is vastly used in many
Indian tastes. Not only does it increase the
richness of your dish but also adds certain
benefits to it. South Indian food is very famous
and again it is very light on the stomach and at
the same time, it is healthy as well. Does not
includes ingredients like Maida and most of the
dishes are made of rice flour which again is quite
healthy. In Sambhar vegetables like drumsticks
are used which come with tons of nutrients.
Coconut chutney has its own perks.
Dal and Sabzi have their own nutritional value.
Pulses used in dal have a huge content of
protein. Protein is one of the best nutrients for
your body.
Palak Paneer is made with
two major ingredients which
are Spinach and Paneer.
Now spinach is known for
the number of benefits it
provides to your body and
paneer is eaten for its
protein content and
obviously for the taste.
Spinach is also known as a
superfood. Palak Paneer can
be made very easily with a
few basic ingredients like
onion, garlic and some
spices.
Again Methi is very
healthy. Methi leaves are
low calorie, great anti-
oxidant, bone health and
great to control diabetes
as well. Peas also have the
benefits of vitamin c,
vitamin E and zinc.
So these were some of the
recipes in Indian cuisine
which are healthy to eat.

Although Western India is increasingly globalised, it is known for its traditional, hot curries. The region's hub metropolis of Mumbai, once known as Bombay, is teeming with residents, tourists, and workers. While each culture has its own distinct traditional foods, the most common ones include seafood and curries, hot and spicy sausages, and snacks with chai tea. The main ingredients of East Indian cuisine are rice, milk, and vegetables that are simply cooked and curried with yoghurt, seeds, and spices. East Indians adore sweets, and they utilise a lot of milk and other dairy ingredients in them.

Indian food has been there for ages and many of the dishes prepared came with tons of inbuilt ayurvedic properties which are beneficial to the body. It all depends on how you cook the food. It is true that the spice content in Indian food is more compared to the other cuisines but when it comes to the nutritional properties of those spices you can not deny that Indian food is not healthy for eg - Elaichi. Elaichi has tons of medicinal properties and is vastly used in many Indian tastes. Not only does it increase the richness of your dish but also adds certain benefits to it. South Indian food is very famous and again it is very light on the stomach and at the same time, it is healthy as well. Does not includes ingredients like Maida and most of the dishes are made of rice flour which again is quite healthy. In Sambhar vegetables like drumsticks are used which come with tons of nutrients. Coconut chutney has its own perks. Dal and Sabzi have their own nutritional value. Pulses used in dal have a huge content of protein. Protein is one of the best nutrients for your body.
