5. Introduction
• Pharmacy management system can make the work easier by giving the details of the medicine when
its name is entered. A computer gives the details of the medicine like rate of medicine. It becomes very
difficult in big medical stores to handle the details of all the medicines manually, so by using this
pharmacy management system we can maintain the records of all the medicines.
• The pharmacy management system application has more benefits. Easy to find medicine because we
use strong search option and easy to add medicine, medicine type, medicine deadline and also delete and
modify option its help to both of customer and pharmacist.
• The application is reduced as much as possible to avoid errors while entering invalid data. No formal
knowledge is needed for the users to use this system.

7. Objective of the project
i. Designing a computerized pharmacy management system which would help evacuate the problem
faced in manual pharmacy.
ii. It is the user friendly application for pharmacist which reduces the burden and helps to manage all
sections of pharmacy like medicine management and Billing etc.
iii. The pharmacy management system is easy for use so the user can do pharmacy actions without
ambiguities.
iv. Evaluating and testing the performance of the system
v. Provide "better and efficient" service to customer.
vi. Reduce the workload of employee.
vii. Faster retrieval of information about the desired medicine.
viii. All details will be available on a click.

8. System Requirement

9. Safety Requirement
The data may get crashed at any certain time due to virus or operating
system failure. Therefore, it is required to take the database backup by sever
MySQL system.
30. Limitations
This Project has limitations. They are:
• It has no profile picture update process till now
• It has no online payment method till now
• It has no online medical report generating system till now.
• Is has no online medicine sales system till now.
• Is has no return medicine system till now.
31. Future thought
It will be modified to the following aspect. Which is in the below-
• We will add more security system for any types of unfairness .
• We will add more service option for effective use such as online payment,
medical report creation just in time.
• We will add return medicine system and due collection system.
• We will add more features in pharmacy management system for the
patients.
32. Conclusion
Pharmacy management system is actually a software which handle the essential
data and save the data and actually about the database of a pharmacy and its
management. The software helps in effectively management of the
pharmaceutical store or shops. It provides the statistic about medicine which are
in stocks which data can also be updated and edited. It works as per the
requirement of the user and have options accordingly. It allow user to enter
manufacturing as well as the expiry date of medicine placing in stock and for
sales transaction. This software also has ability to print reports. There is other
function available too. The main purpose is effectively and easily handling of
pharmacy data and its management.
