1. Mechanism of Yarn in Denim Development
Creation of everything starts from a tiny rout, that’s from creator of world. A garment rout
starts from fiber, what’s rout is resourced from both natural fibers and manmade fibers. As usually

product price only that also brings flat or regular look on garments by heavy wash, but its strength is
poor fromring yarn developed garments. Ring yarn developed item is stronger in strength. As a result
there is huge scope of different heavy wash.
Carded or combed yarn’s roll as usually starts with lighter weight garment from 16 Ne ring yarn to
fineryarn.Cardedyarn’sdevelopedgarmenthelpstointroduce unevenlookonafterwashgarments for
its unevenness. It also reduces product price. In case of slub effect on garments, carded yarn can be
chosen by designer for price reduction. Combed yarn helps to develop regular and shiny items. So it’s
dependent on designer choice what’s to be developed.
High or low twisted yarn helps to bring different light reflection in the zone of scrapping or fading
effect. Onlyforhighorlowtwistinsertionfinalgarmentslooktotallyget changed for difference of light
reflection.
Slubeffectof yarnbringstotallydifferentfashioning on end product like warp way slub, cross hatch,
rain slub,longslubeffect.Slub nature varies from slub length and pause length of yarn. Slub with high
