Working in the field of Mobile Networks as Project Coordinator at ACTEL Company for
Ericsson Egypt - Vodafone Account.
Job tasks are as follow:
1- Outlining the main features of the project, determining needed teams, tools, materials
Supply, transportation means and their substitutions.
2- First line Technical support for working teams.
3- Manage work orders among the teams, using the surveyed information for each site, the
Assigned team for this site moves to site to receive and check materials delivered by
Ericsson warehouse.
4- Monitoring work progress in sites to achieve target.
5- Responsible for maintaining reporting system updated day by day by site supervisor
until site is accepted by the operator.
3. 6- Keep in communication with the customer with the work progress in all the running
activities and also with problems in any running/pending activity through reports and
daily phone calls.
7- Periodic analysis for reports and other records.
8- Check the attendance of the teams.
9- Monthly evaluation for the technicians, and site supervisors in the project.
10- Weekly meeting with project manager to update the progress and other issue.

4-BSS Engineer October 2010 –June 2012
Working in the field of Mobile Networks as BSS Engineer in ACTEL Company in EGYPT
for Ericsson - Vodafone Account.
Job tasks are as follow:
1- Well study of Operator's specifications and send request for clarification for any
unclear/unknown item.
2- Receive work order from project coordinator.
3- Responsible, supervised the whole installation work in the site "Telecom and RF work" to
ensure they are in accordance with the specification and work method approved by the
Operator.
4- Identify each task during site installation & configuration and set time table for the site
ensuring that the site plan will not exceed the planned time to make the site ready for
integration.
5- Familiar with Ericsson 2G & 3G equipment’s (2000 Cab. - 3000 Cab. Family).
6- PBC 6500 & PBC O2 BBS2000&2000i BBS2202 Installing.
7- RF work of the site is done as per the SF6 of the site allocated by Vodafone.
8- Responsible and supervised the integration of site, troubleshooting and commissioning.
9- Installation testing and trouble shooting for High Capacity Traffic Node & Minlink E and
software configuration, commissioning (new links and upgrade).
10- Receiving new E1s from hub to faces and site.
11- Delivering site package and prepare site for acceptance.

EGYPT for Mobinil Account (Nokia Equipment) and Etisalat Account (Ericsson
Equipment)
Job tasks are as follow:
A) Mobinil Account (Nokia Equipment)
1- work in 3G of Nokia
2- Make site survey for 3G.
3- Installing and configuring Nokia Siemens Base Station.
4- Lunching the Base station On-air by setting up the microwave Transmission
B) Etisalat Account (Ericsson Equipment)
1- Microwave Indoor units (AMM) swapping and (MMU) upgrading on Ericsson
equipment in Etisalat project (swap from ML to TN or from TN B to TN C).
2- Installing new Microwave links and make upgrade for the old from (1+0 to 1+1).
