Quality Work and Preventive maintenance for all the Critical Sites on
Priority.
 Looking after outage reports for planning and for providing best availability
of network by proper O/M, addition, removal and reshuffling plans.
 Major planned work, in order to have better performance in the network.
Performance calculation, read any link performance and calculating the bit
error rate, with RTN, Harris and NEO.
 Monitor the links KPI's in order to solve any problem at same time remotely
or in the site, in order to have better characteristics in the links and network
in general.
 Alarm monitor, Site integration, Site expansion, Site Cascading, and LAI
planning.
 Performing AT to handover the integrated site to O&M.
 Alarm trouble-shooting.
 Alarm Monitoring, Fault Localization/Correction/Verification related with
BSS system vise Environment Alarm, Communication Alarm, QoS Alarm,
Equipment Alarm, and BTS Alarm.
 Fiber planning to connect new sites, and expansions in order to be compatible
with traffic.

Dec11-June 14: Operation and maintenance Center (OMC) at Umniah
 The main task in my job is to monitor the network, and to configure GSM site
(BTS), 3G site (NodeB) and WiMAX site (BS) in order to increase the
coverage area of the network, through M2000 (Huawei), NetNumen (ZTE)
and Net-span
 Monitor and controlling the entire network Alarms and launches, the first
level of corrective action needed to solve problems received to the monitoring
systems, such as power, transmission or core alarms.
 Reporting and following up any abnormality with the concerned divisions by
trouble ticketing system.
 Execute all needed configurations and operations related to BSS side changes
and WiMAX
 Execute the OMC tools and features provided to maintain a high level of
network availability and stability
 Analyze outages and set-up procedures to have better service availability
 Coordinate and follow up with all Engineering departments and Call Center
for any operations or upgrades
 New site configuration and re-configuration (2G,3G & WiMAX)

Aug10 - Sep 10: WiMAX team at Umnaih Company (contractor)
Dealing with customers complain and how to deal with it, in order to solve their
problems. Drive test for new base stations (BS) in order to scan site coverage and
throughput. Installing outside modems in different area in order to have better receive
signal strength indicator (RSSI).
