Personal Statement
I am a dedicated, computer savvy individual who has an ambition to succeed. I started in the Mortgage Industry in the late 90’s, and
learned loan processing from a top notch processor that took me under her wings and taught me what I needed to know to process
mortgage loans. I processed underwritten and closed conventional, VA, FHA, and Rural Development loans. As we were using a
number of lenders for the loans, I had to become familiar with all of their different underwriting guidelines. As a mortgage originator
and a mortgage processor, I was able to take our clients from the initial meeting, gathering all required documents, ordering appraisals
and titles, and set up the closing. I get along well with all of my coworkers, and can bring years of experience to an employer. I am
currently looking for a company to help expand their business.

To whom it may concern:
I've known and worked with Mitchell Champagne since 1993 and I have a direct personal
knowledge of his life during those years.
I fully recommend him to any company that he applies to. I know him to be honest and
trust worthy and his work ethic is as strong as any I've ever seen. He is also extremely
loyal, a trait hard to find today.

4. Strengths and Accomplishments
Managed a sale force of six people. Duties were training, oversight, and counseling to enable them to maximize their
abilities and income.
Computer Skills and Proficiency
Overseen the purchase of computer systems, set up our network, handled security issues, and made sure all systems
was working properly.
Set up and maintained the company websites and splash pages
Set up company blog
Selected computer programs for companies, and was so proficient that was asked to become a beta tester for our main
software company.
Sales and Marketing
Along with overseeing our sales force, I was responsible for lead generation for them. Set up and maintained our direct
mail marketing, our telemarketing arm of the company, and email marketing to ensure all our people had a steady
source of leads.
Compliance
Made sure our people were in compliance with all state and federal regulations, audited files, and created payroll.
Created Liaison with Title Companies, Appraisers, and Inspectors
Was responsible for smoothing any issues, and negotiations
In summary, my strong background in sales (was number one in company in sales, with the exception of two months
over a three year period) and creating and maintaining marketing programs ensured the success of our company and our
sales people. Creating the leads, and the hours of telephone work to convert those leads into to sales gave me the work
ethic I have today.
I also created and maintained marketing programs for credit cards, insurance, credit card equipment.
I also helped construct two homes, organized and cooked for companies, and fund raisers for charities.
I’m approved for the TWIC card.
I am single and my children are grown, so I can go anywhere in the United States.
Thank you for your consideration.
