2. Parkour is a training method for movement
through any environment at speed. The aim is
to overcome all physical and mental obstacles
in your path by using your body and mind to
run, climb and jump.
3. In Europe, a forerunner of parkour was naval
officer Georges Hébert, before World War 1 he
promoted athletic skills based on the models
of indigenous people he had met in Africa.
4. If anything is worn on the top half of your
body it would usually be a light piece of
clothing, such as a sleeveless top or crop top.
On the bottom half of the body you would
wear trousers or shorts.
5. ● Parkour Running is inspired by the military
to get away from the enemy efficiently.
Proper shoes should be worn whilst doing
this activity.
● Concerns have also been raised by law
enforcement and fire and rescue teams of
the risk in jumping off high buildings.

doing parkour ( for grip and stamina ).
● Trousers should also be worn to prevent from
cuts and bruising.
● Gloves should be worn for cuts, burns and
protection.
