This document discusses the differences between the adjectives "last" and "latest", and "strange" and "foreign". It provides examples for each adjective. 2. LAST
Last refers to something that happens at the end, with no others after.

Examples
 I haven't read the last chapter yet.
 His last book was a success (=he no longer writes).
We used last without the front when referring to a past time.
Examples
 Last week
 Last month
 Last year
Last month was the hottest of the year.

LATEST
Latest means the most recent or the newest.
Examples
 Her latest film is one of the worst she's ever made.
 His latest book is a best-seller (=his most recent book, not necessarily the last
one)

3. STRANGE
Strange is unusual or surprising in a way that is difficult to explain and also it is not
known or it is not familiar.
Examples
 We heard a strange noise.
 There I was, alone in a strange city

FOREING
Foreing is not from your country but it is connected with other countries.
Examples
 I thought she sounded foreing.
 He is the minister for foreing Affairs.
