  3. These are all valid concerns, and nobody would claim that gamification is right in every situation. Not right for just-in-time learning Not right for on-the-job resources Doesn’t fit all learning cultures
  4. But we should also be asking ourselves questions about this. Green – yes Red - no
  5. Let’s look at an example
  6. Translates into: Grab attention Increase engagement See the results in both learner feedback and store performance
  7. So we created a game. Learners choose an avatar, roll a die to progress around the board and unlock mini-games to complete. Through the games, they earn gems and stars, which they can later bet to try and increase the amount they win.
