Editor's Notes
content roll out- i.e. lms implementation and content upload
Loads of experience working on compliance content for asda, DFS, DWF, Healthcare at Home, Travelodge amongst others. What we’ve learnt is that, admit it or not- complicance modules of the same type, follow a similar structure- we detected patterns in what we were covering with each of these clients and where there content was taken from (i.e. open sources such as government websiites), even the types of scenarious they used to frame the content. If that’s the case- why invest thousands of pounds in resource getting an internal SME to draft and review bespoke content? Sadly it is for most companies just a box ticking exercise, so it needs have several features to be a success- a tracked assessment and a pass mark.
