Ms. Milka is a Human Resource professional certified by the Institute of Human Resource
Management- (IHRM-K). I hold a Masters Degree in Business Administration -Human Resource
Management, from the University of Nairobi and Bachelor of Arts Degree in Social Sciences.
I have a wide range experience in Human Resource Management for close to Ten years having
worked for a diverse clientele. I have over the years managed the HR function in the Retail
Industry, set up and managed the HR function in the Information Technology and Real Estate
Industries and also managed the Training Function in an Employers Membership Organization. I
have also engaged as a consultant in Training and Recruitment and HR Management in a HR
Consulting Firm.
Over the years in HR Management I have championed key roles in Recruitment and Selection,
Labour and Employee Relations, Training and Development, HR Policy Development,
Compensation and Benefits and Employment Contracting/Labour Outsourcing.
