This ABCD Leadership workshop concentrates on the leadership it values from Sura Al Asr of Al Quran
for Faith based actions , behavior & conduct - This workshop has built on my research and global,
experience as a guest speaker on Quality of Life (QOL) and also on the feedbacks, consultations,
knowledge discussions and presentation at international conferences for the last twenty five years and co-
ordination among institutions, management academies & interfaith forums in UK, US, RUSSIA, CAR, ME &

Their strength lies in Devine Wisdom for developing a visual & realistic roadmap to differentiate between
information, knowledge, wisdom, peace & welfare for the people and organisational processes.
Aim:
The primary aim of this multi-media workshop is to develop leadership capacity across the Muslim
communities in worldwide. The feedback from previous workshops at Makkah, Saudi Arabia have enabled
this year‟s programme to further develop and improve and provide a solid foundation for knowledge
management System (IQRA) for research & learning
Vision:
The main aim of “ABCD” Wisdom model is to develop an eco-sustainable vision for Quality of Life. It
requires participants to fully and actively share their knowledge & skills to engage in the process of
learning. This workshop will enable participants to explore their understanding their approach to ABCD of
Faith, trust or beliefs and attitudes about themselves, the organizations in which they work, the
environments in which they operate – in order to enable them to „do differently‟ where necessary and
possible in their everyday lives.

The key learning outcomes sought are as follows:
To develop and enhance participants‟ core leadership capacity.
To create self-awareness, self development through mind mapping knowledge & practice.
To increase participants‟ divine intelligence – their abilities to understand others, their operational
environments and to work effectively with the consumerism of 21st century
To develop participants‟ understanding of Haq the reality, diversity and dynamics of nations
To increase participants‟ interpersonal & time management skills.
To prepare participants to translate “Baseerat” i.e. higher level vision, Grace( REHMATH ) to D0-THE
RIGHT THINGS (Amal- us-Saliha )

The programme content will be geared to analyze & develop your own “ABCD” Model:
Self-aware mature individuals with insight who can recognise and maximise personal impact.
Strategic thinkers who understand the use of power and politics, see opportunities, are creative and able to
maximise possibilities.
Systems-orientated thinkers who appreciate the importance of relationships and connections and are able
to form networks and work across boundaries.
Reflective practitioners who are able to learn from all situations and circumstances.
Courageous risk-takers who are strongly committed to a faith based ethical framework .

Staying in comfortable 4 star hotel or local Guest houses can be arranged on your request
NOTE: These dates arel provisional and may be changed by either pary
FEE: This one day workshop fee is USD 100 per participant.. We kept the fee so low that financial
constraint should not be a barrier for any individual of any faith, creed or race to apply.
Participant Profile:
Participants will be selected by the following criteria:
.Age 25 – 60 year
He can give commitment of time and energy to benefit from this workshop
A minimum of 3 years work experience
An applicant will also be expected to demonstrate that s/he is:
A courageous, action orientated risk taker.
A reflective practitioner who wish to learn from this ABCD model to experience, group work, as well as
formal teaching situations. The program is designed to take 20 participants. Potential candidates will
complete an application form to be returned to the office .
