2. Your Pantry and binge eating. Have you ever
started a diet and step 1 is to throw out all
the yummy food from your pantry? For
example, the Mayo Clinic Diet states to
throw out all sugary foods and drinks. This
because the author of the diet does not
want you to be tempted by these foods.
3. They know that these foods are too
tempting for you to have laying around
your home. So they say, step 1, throw
these yummy foods in the bin.
7. First of all, others in your household may
not have a problem with yummy foods.
They will quickly get irked at your new-
found drive to stick to your diet of choice.
Others shouldn’t have to change their
diet in order for you to change your diet.
8. We live in a society that promotes yummy foods.
You will come in contact with these yummy foods
all day long. At grocery stores, at the office, and at
social events, you will find these yummy irresistible
foods. People will even bring them to your house!
Think of Christmas cookies, birthday treats, etc…
You need to be able to live comfortably with these
foods all around you without bingeing them.
13. The correct answer to your pantry and
binge eating problem is to target the root
cause: binge eating.

resist. You use all your willpower to resist,
