● System level circuit design :A/D, amplifiers.Analog switches,Boost/Buck
● Test instrumentprotocols:RS-232,GPIB, Ethernet
KEY ACCOMPLISHMENTS
● Manufacturing System Monitor: Programmed Winsock based clients to gather system data and send to a centra lized
HUB/server to be processed. System data consisted of 10 modules via code that gathered statistics such as utilization
through CPU percent and keyboard mouse movement. Low disk space data, IP information, Bandwidth monitoring. The
client also acted like a local server using the local loopback and a designated port for vendor yield information. This
monitoring system was used on over 1500 pieces of equipment
● Manufacturing Real-Time Yield Monitor: Pushed real-time productyields for current products under test from manufacturing
facilities, one of many modules for automated data collection system. Worked within team responsible for designing and
implementing needed software module as well as creating the client that accepts this data and sends it to a ce ntralized
Apache based system.
● Manufacturing Environmental Monitoring:Automated method to collect temperature and humidityof manufacturing floors and
test equipment worldwide, allowing monitoring environment of testers for calibration compliance and spot failures of
environmental specs. Created, packaged, and maintained cross -platform tool, using Maxim 1-Wire iButton public VB.net
library to communicate with up to ten iButtons per 1-Wire network. Enabled tool to display iButton's serial number(s),
temperature, humidity, and date/time stamp. Enabled tool used by client of automated data collection system used to send
information to database.
● Software Engineer for the Tester User Interfaces used on the Eagle Tester, Teradyne Flex, Teradyne UltraFlex, Tera dyne
J750 and SPEA testers and Credence TMT
● Designed, setup and maintained legacy DOS network for over 500 Credence TMT testers in 12+ locations
● Designed, setup and maintained a Windows based network for over 1000 NT/XP/Windows 7 testers in over 12+ locations
Designed a HIGH-LEVEL prototype of an infant monitoring system to detectthe presence ofChildren or pets left in an
automobile, the system monitored the temperature (DS18B20) and movement(IR,PIR and ultrasonic sensors) inside the
automobile and took a picture of the environmentand sentan SMS message with GPS location
