Notable Achievements
• Successfully own & operate my own marketing agency, ClearStream Concepts
• Development and maintenance of a custom Wordpress multi-user platform; providing services to
10 websites/blogs with 99% uptime despite ever increasing traffic loads
• Brand development and maintenance for over a dozen startups - restaurants, real estate
businesses, physical therapists, tattoo artists and studios, outdoor products, and a pioneering
faith-based services provider
• Development of social and mobile media programs for the aforementioned businesses, resulting
in consistent growth of “followers” and “check-ins”, plus strong reach, engagement and click-
through rates; efforts substantially impact their sales and brand growth; these businesses had
severely limited budgets and did no “paid for” advertising (print, radio or television), thus my
efforts were solely responsible for their promotion and growth
• Creation and editorial management of website content and numerous blog posts for the
aforementioned businesses; site updates often on a short timeline and absent client guidance;
frequently ghostwrite for most of these clients
• Created and developed a lucrative online coffee business (North Shore Trading Co); provided
freshly roasted, award-winning kona coffee beans anywhere on the planet; handled all aspects
of the business, including marketing & promotion, brand creation & development, product
sourcing, sales materials, packaging and labeling, order fulfillment, and customer service
• As the marketing & public relations manager for LureSecure, managed their online presence,
press releases, branding, and product collateral; enabled a smooth and successful product

• During the well-publicized hacker scourge of Wordpress blogs in April, 2013, singlehandedly
fought off attacks and remediated damage, while providing clients with ongoing status updates;
all sites back up and operating in less than 48 hours; formidable custom defenses have kept
these sites free of incursion
• Utilization of innovative digital marketing techniques, and advanced social media theory,
achieving immediate awareness and enduring online prominence for a unique client; one
weekend’s efforts at a major event resulted in immediate, top level search engine rankings for
this award-winning tattoo artist, which continue to this day
• Awarded IT division’s MVP Award while serving as a Developer/Support Liaison/Lead Trainer for
Ameritech Advertising Services (AT&T)
• One of Ameritech’s top performers as a Senior Account Executive and Training Manager; year-
to-year double-digit percentage sales increases, highest customer service ratings, leader in new
product sales, elected to management advisory board, served as trainer and sales manager for
newly hired employees
• Member of the original TART board that created the non-motorized trail system in Grand Traverse
County; instrumental in enabling system extension into Leelanau county
• Created, developed and managed “Juniors” division for TBAYS (Traverse Bay Area Youth
Soccer); division consists of training & game play for children ages 4-10, required training of
numerous coaches; program was overseen by a professional soccer player I brought over from
England, all printed materials, website updates and program promotion were my responsibility; at
one time over 600 children were enrolled in this program
• Co-directed two soccer tournaments for TBAYS; responsibilities included production of marketing
materials (tournament program) and site supervision at two venues; at the time, these
tournaments were among the largest in the state of Michigan
