3. Introduction
• The Internet has become an
important part of our lives. With the
evolution of technology, it has begun
to be used in more and more
instances of everyday life. One of
these is making online shopping,
which has started to become more
and more popular.
4. In Romania
• Online stores appeared later, this method of buying the necessary is
more and more used. Latest statistics show that 40% of Romanians
bought something online in 2015, and another 20% are going to buy.
More recently, every locality (even the most remote) has access to
the internet, so this growing popularity should not surprise us.
5. The state of online trade in the European
Union?
• According to Eurostat, quoted by wall-street.ro, the British are the
first to make purchases online. 81% of the total population aged 16
to 74 made purchases over the past year, the percentage being
expected to increase even more this year, according to the analysis.
7. Advantages
• Time economy. If you already have a shopping list, just a few mouse
clicks you've finished shopping.
• You do not have to move. Everything faces the comfort of your home.
If you do not have to move, you do not have to refuel the car. That
also means lower maintenance costs.
• Stop staying. Ready with endless queues, state after invoice, or after
warranty. By buying online you will find all that handy in the parcel, or
in your customer account.
8. Disadvantages
• There is no possibility to sample. Available mainly for clothing. If you
are one of the people who have to try before buying, then online
buying is not for you. Even if online stores offer you descriptions and
size tables to help you order correctly, until you get your home at
home, you will not know whether they are sitting properly or look as
good as in pictures
• Damaged or damaged parcels. Another aspect that is wholly owned
by the courier company. If you are one of the people who are already
buying online, you probably have come across this shortcoming. Of
course this can be solved, but it will take some time. The parcel must
be sent back, a store statement has to be made and only then
another new product will be returned to you. All this means lost time.
