Some times the B2B users know what they want, so the quick order or order by sku feature will save their time. Shipping. You have to provide your customer with different shipping providers and methods, because often business customers don’t want to wait. Auto order. Loyal customers often order the same items once a while. So usually it’s good to provide such a feature like auto order. Tracking. You have to make tracking for customers, so they can easily track the progress of their business order. Invoices and taxes. Another cool feature is a suggestions (Would you like to add x shirts of this color?) In our case it was a store which was selling the customized apparel, so first we designed a configurator to upload images and than a possibility to add products. It’s very important to keep in mind that when building a complex b2b store you have to make a time of an average visit from the moment of selection to the transaction end as fast as possible, because time = money
