Performed in a multi-purpose role supporting and executing key functions, operations, and services across disciplines and
across the association, for both internal and external customers.
Provided daily support functions, and served as the primary clearing house for accounting needs and functions
between association staff and outsourced accounting firm, allowing for timely management of Accounts
Payable, staff reimbursements, and credit management.
Provided full administrative support to CEO, as well as other staff as needs dictated.
Served as integral part of registration process for association events and programs, both customer-facing and
for internal processes.
Co-managed webinar production and post-production to ensure smooth execution of both the live sessions
and the recordings archived and uploaded for content repurposing.
Further responsibilities included customer service, troubleshooting, database upkeep and management,
invoice and payment processing, vendor liaison, office management.
Association of Marketing Service Providers (now Idealliance), Alexandria, VA July 2011 – October 2014
Managed marketing and communication initiatives with increasing responsibility through multiple positions and several
company mergers; job titles included Program & Chapter Manager, Director of Marketing & Communications, Community

Successfully led the integration of multiple Higher Logic community websites and related association
management systems (AMS) from inception to launch and within 90 day target set by Board of Trustees.
First endeavor of its kind for all associations and vendors involved.
Created benchmarks and processes for reporting, metrics, branding, maintenance and engagement for
“Connected Community” website
Primary liaison with external marketing and software vendor to assess association data processes and
