members to help prepare for my position. Each person was given an outline or a path to help
them succeed and exceed their personal and business goals. I believe in creating leaders. I was
voted top Manager in the district and honored at several company meetings. I have the drive to
bring the best – wherever I work.
LEADERSHIP I have always been a self starter for both business and artistic challenges. I have started my
own business when the retail business was running low and laying off. I created a profit margin
that sustained my needs. I have a natural instinct to not only see the goals ahead but put
