 Responsible for researching purchasing options, gathering competitive quotes, creating Purchase
Requisitions, Present Quotations to Management and Finance department heads for Approval, Coordinate
Approved Purchase Orders with the Vendor to comply with corporate procurement policy. Follow-up with
the Vendor to ensure the complete shipment arrive on-time and on budget. Communicate any delays and
pricing issues with Management and work with vendors to provide a solution.
 Update and maintain IS assets management and software management database by following Corporate
Information Management Standards.
