technical CIED related data in support of Coalition Units and command staff.

analysis in direct support the Commander’s Priority Intelligence Requirements (PIRs). Produce Requests
for Information (RFS) intelligence products to identify connections to support critical mission planning for

Mar 08–Aug 08: Economic Political Intelligence Cell (EPIC) Chief, EPIC Cell, Tactical Fusion Center, MNF-

 As the HUMINT Liaison Team Chief, responsibilities included:
 Coordinating the research, analysis, and dissemination of all requests for information (RFIs), task
organization in support of the production of the daily Intelligence Summary (INTSUM) related to
Economic, Political, and Tribal issues in the Multi-National Forces-West (MNF-W) Area of Responsibility
(AOR)/Al-Anbar Province, and quality control oversight for daily and special intelligence products.
 Responsible for coordinating with HUMINT, SIGINT, MASINT, and IMINT collection assets to ensure
the tactical and strategic level intelligence products thoroughly reflected all available intelligence in a clear,
concise manner with strict adherence to the Intelligence Cycle.
 Served as the primary HUMINT liaison between the EPIC and the Cross Boundaries Team (CBT), Battle
Space Support Teams (BST), Insurgent Defeat Cell (IDC), and the Fusion Cell within the TFC.
 Specialized in, as an additional duty,the creation of HUMINT Collection Requirements (HCR), Ad-hoc
HUMINT Requirements (AHR) and Source Directed Requirements (SDR) in order to aid the success ofthe
EPIC mission.
 Oversaw the successfulcreation, review, submission, and publication of 7 HCRs, 66 AHRs and 2 SDRs in
a time frame of two months.The work hours ranged from 88 to 126 hours per week in a high OPTEMPO
combat environment.
Jan 07–Sep07: Counterintelligence Augment, Tactical Fusion Center, MNF-W, Fallujah, Iraq 1st
Intelligence Battalion
 As an EPIC Counterintelligence Analyst,daily tasks included researching and analyzing all source
intelligence reporting with a focus on provincial and national level Iraqi economics, politics, as well as
tribal dynamics.
 Developed assessments through the practical use of the Intelligence Cycle and provide daily briefs to the
EPIC Officer in Charge (OIC). Integrated multiple and varying intelligence reports including primarily
HUMINT, SIGINT and OSINT, IMINT and MASINT as needed,to create original analytical assessments
directly supporting MNF-W Commanding and Deputy Commanding General (CG and DCG) decision
making process.
 Utilized M3, Falcon View geospatial program, Analyst Notebooklink analysis tool, JIOC-I search engine,
and Google Earth to conduct extensive research for the analysis and production of biographies on
prominent political and tribal individuals in al-Anbar Province, economic development, trends and fraud
special assessments and products,and nationallegislation updates and analytical products.
Feb 04–Mar 06: Team Leader, Emergency Action Center, Command Center Seoul (CCS), Camp Yongsan,
South Korea
 Experienced in a Joint Command, serving as the Emergency Action Center Officer–In-Charge of a team of
five service members (Army, AF, Navy, Marines).
 Researched, analyzed, and evaluated over 40 intelligence reports daily that directly resulted in the
countering of North Korean counterintelligence collection and activity.
 Reviewed daily and historic all-source intelligence on North Korea. Produced daily and long term reports
for PACOM J2 Intelligence Center.
 Conducted weekly intelligence briefs to senior intelligence officers on progress of analysis and production.
Conducted liaison between USCENTCOM, the Orlando Joint Reserve Intelligence Center (JRIC), and FL.
 The work hours ranged from 40 to 50 hours per week in a joint military environment.
Feb 01–Feb 04: G-2 Counterintelligence Chief/Assistant Security Manager, 3rd Marine Aircraft Wing,
MCAS Miramar, San Diego CA
 As a Counterintelligence Specialist, assisted in recruiting, training and establishing a newly formed
intelligence Marines by coordinating with the Staff Non-Commissioned Officer In-Charge/Officer in
Charge (SNCOIC/OIC) of at 1st Intelligence Battalion.
 Served as the Intelligence Oversight Inspectorfor the Commanding Generals Inspection Team. Position
included briefing and establishing command policy and procedures for unit intelligence,
counterintelligence, covered/clandestine actions,special access programs, and support to law enforcement
agencies, special operations,and special activities.
 Received, reviewed, and assessed both urgent and quarterly Intelligence Oversight reports from unit
intelligence components or from any DoD Component involved in intelligence-related activities, and
reported or determined what action were required, including the fulfillment of reporting and the treatment
of significant or highly sensitive (S/HS) matters.
 Provided guidance on obtaining security clearances for Marines and key officials.
 Instrumental in the research, analysis, production,editing, and quality control while conducting Foreign
Military Intelligence Collection Activity (FORMICA).
 Utilized the Intelligence Cycle and multiple intelligence disciplines to produce a U//FOUO country briefs
on various countries throughout the world.
 Served as the sole briefer for foreign travel for all military personaltraveling aboard utilizing FORMICA
concept and submission for further requirements from higher.

situations and interactions with foreign nationals within the CENTCOM AOR and provided suggestionson

Feb 03–Sep03: G-2 Counterintelligence Chief/Assistant Security Manager, Camp Al Jabar, Kuwait/Iraq
 Served as the G-2 Staff Counterintelligence Chief (Forward Deployed), advised and supported Command
Staff on all Tactical HUMINT Intelligence in support ofoperations during pre and post-deployment
planning for Operation Iraqi Freedom (OIF I).
 Responded to and interviewed persons on cases regarding threats,suspicious activity and foreign collectors
in Kuwait City and aboard permanent and temporary Marine Corps installations.
 Analyzed the multi-discipline intelligence, espionage,subversion,sabotage,and terrorism threats targeted
against U.S./Coalition troops.
 Developed and directed tactical HUMINT Operations in Kuwait on Force Protection measures for
incoming personalin support of OIF I.
 Served as the NCOIC for the Tactical HUMINT Team assigned to 3rd Marine Air Wing from IMEF.
 Ensured HUMINT assets provided real time tactical intelligence in support of 3rd MAW assets in Kuwait
and Southern Iraq.
 Coordinated and oversaw the assigning 3- two man teams to 3rd MAW assets to assist in HUMINT
collection, interrogations, and language support during OIF.
 Planned, directed, and controlled route reconnaissance missions of major roads and highways to establish

 Established and maintained a reliable fused analytical HUMINT Source network with Joint HUMINT

groups targeting U.S./Coalition troops within Kuwait and along its borders. Recognized and maintained a
vital link analysis and matrices charts tracking the numbers of independent and foreign attacks (roadside
bombs, small arms, grenade, and etc.) against U.S/Coalition forces convoys and local personnelin Kuwait
and throughout southern Iraq.
Aug 00–Feb 01: Marine Corps HUMINT ExploitationTeam/Intelligence Collection, 13th Marine
Expeditionary Force, IMEF, IMHG, 1stIntelligence BN
 As the Counterintelligence Team Chief, deployed with 13th Marine Expeditionary Unit (IMEF) responsible
for the discipline, appearance, training, control, conduct,and welfare of six Marines as well as the
condition, care, and economical use of the HUMINT Exploitation Teams (HET) and their equipment.
 Further responsibilities included tactical employment, fire discipline, communication establishment ashore,
route and bed down sites in conjunction with NCIS and FBI disciplines.
 Proficient in tactical and passive intelligence collection, combat reporting, detainment processing,tactical
interrogation, map reading and land navigation, to include knowledge and operation of military
communications equipment.
 Conducted Vulnerability Assessments on severalkey locations with the use of SIGINT, HUMINT, and
MASINT support identifying weaknesses within the unit’s security posture.
 Also presented a diplomatic approach while conducting operations within Aden,Yemen during the post
attack of the U.S.S. Cole in the Gulf of Aden.
 Multiple Anti-Terrorist Force Protection Assessments conducted on severalkey hotel/facilities for serving
forces aboard Yemen, to include direct intelligence support for the U.S. Ambassadorto Yemen during
recovery operations ashore.

Produced daily and long term reports for PACOM J2 Intelligence Center.  Conducted weekly intelligence briefs to senior intelligence officers on progress of analysis and production. Conducted liaison between USCENTCOM, the Orlando Joint Reserve Intelligence Center (JRIC), and FL.  The work hours ranged from 40 to 50 hours per week in a joint military environment. Feb 01–Feb 04: G-2 Counterintelligence Chief/Assistant Security Manager, 3rd Marine Aircraft Wing, MCAS Miramar, San Diego CA  As a Counterintelligence Specialist, assisted in recruiting, training and establishing a newly formed intelligence Marines by coordinating with the Staff Non-Commissioned Officer In-Charge/Officer in Charge (SNCOIC/OIC) of at 1st Intelligence Battalion.  Served as the Intelligence Oversight Inspectorfor the Commanding Generals Inspection Team. Position included briefing and establishing command policy and procedures for unit intelligence, counterintelligence, covered/clandestine actions,special access programs, and support to law enforcement agencies, special operations,and special activities.  Received, reviewed, and assessed both urgent and quarterly Intelligence Oversight reports from unit intelligence components or from any DoD Component involved in intelligence-related activities, and reported or determined what action were required, including the fulfillment of reporting and the treatment of significant or highly sensitive (S/HS) matters.  Provided guidance on obtaining security clearances for Marines and key officials.  Instrumental in the research, analysis, production,editing, and quality control while conducting Foreign Military Intelligence Collection Activity (FORMICA).  Utilized the Intelligence Cycle and multiple intelligence disciplines to produce a U//FOUO country briefs on various countries throughout the world.  Served as the sole briefer for foreign travel for all military personaltraveling aboard utilizing FORMICA concept and submission for further requirements from higher.  Provided feedback on the system’s capability to simulate and prepare service members for real world situations and interactions with foreign nationals within the CENTCOM AOR and provided suggestionson how to improve.  Ensured HUMINT Marines were properly screened,tested,and imputed into the systemthat possessed a legitimate foreign language capability.  The work hours ranged from 40 to 50 hours per week depending upon mission requirements. Feb 03–Sep03: G-2 Counterintelligence Chief/Assistant Security Manager, Camp Al Jabar, Kuwait/Iraq  Served as the G-2 Staff Counterintelligence Chief (Forward Deployed), advised and supported Command Staff on all Tactical HUMINT Intelligence in support ofoperations during pre and post-deployment planning for Operation Iraqi Freedom (OIF I).  Responded to and interviewed persons on cases regarding threats,suspicious activity and foreign collectors in Kuwait City and aboard permanent and temporary Marine Corps installations.
  • 9.  Analyzed the multi-discipline intelligence, espionage,subversion,sabotage,and terrorism threats targeted against U.S./Coalition troops.  Developed and directed tactical HUMINT Operations in Kuwait on Force Protection measures for incoming personalin support of OIF I.  Served as the NCOIC for the Tactical HUMINT Team assigned to 3rd Marine Air Wing from IMEF.  Ensured HUMINT assets provided real time tactical intelligence in support of 3rd MAW assets in Kuwait and Southern Iraq.  Coordinated and oversaw the assigning 3- two man teams to 3rd MAW assets to assist in HUMINT collection, interrogations, and language support during OIF.  Planned, directed, and controlled route reconnaissance missions of major roads and highways to establish viable checkpoints and reliable routes to avoid possible choke points for incoming military transportation and supplies in support of OIF I to Iraq.  Established and maintained a reliable fused analytical HUMINT Source network with Joint HUMINT Collectors, to include SIGINT based interception platforms to identify pos sible or potential person(s)or groups targeting U.S./Coalition troops within Kuwait and along its borders. Aug 00–Feb 01: Marine Corps HUMINT ExploitationTeam/Intelligence Collection, 13th Marine Expeditionary Force, IMEF, IMHG, 1stIntelligence BN  As the Counterintelligence Team Chief, deployed with 13th Marine Expeditionary Unit (IMEF) responsible for the discipline, appearance, training, control, conduct,and welfare of six Marines as well as the condition, care, and economical use of the HUMINT Exploitation Teams (HET) and their equipment.  Further responsibilities included tactical employment, fire discipline, communication establishment ashore, route and bed down sites in conjunction with NCIS and FBI disciplines.  Proficient in tactical and passive intelligence collection, combat reporting, detainment processing,tactical interrogation, map reading and land navigation, to include knowledge and operation of military communications equipment.  Conducted Vulnerability Assessments on severalkey locations with the use of SIGINT, HUMINT, and MASINT support identifying weaknesses within the unit’s security posture.  Also presented a diplomatic approach while conducting operations within Aden,Yemen during the post attack of the U.S.S. Cole in the Gulf of Aden.  Multiple Anti-Terrorist Force Protection Assessments conducted on severalkey hotel/facilities for serving forces aboard Yemen, to include direct intelligence support for the U.S. Ambassadorto Yemen during recovery operations ashore.  The work hours ranged from 60 to 120 hours per week depending upon mission requirements and operation needs. Jul 1998–Jul 1999:Counterintelligence Specialist, 1stIntelligence Battalion, Camp Pendleton, CA  During this period attended the Counterintelligence Specialist course in Dam Neck, VA located at the Naval and Marine Corps Intelligence Center (NMITC) for approximately four months. Upon graduation, returned to California to conducted additionaltraining events in preparation for up-coming missions.  Attended SERE school, Security Element course, Close Quarter Combat (CQB) course,and a Tactical Driving Course.
