David Knight has over 20 years of experience as a strategic intelligence officer, including experience supervising teams and managing programs and resources. He currently serves as the Senior MASINT Site Lead in Hawaii, responsible for collecting, analyzing, and producing intelligence reports from sensor networks. Previously he was Chief of the ISR Branch at USPACOM, developing recommendations to integrate new technologies, and Chief Operations Officer of the Combating Terrorism Division, supervising all-source analysis teams. He holds a Master's degree in Strategic Intelligence and has received extensive military education and training.

2012- Present BAH Senior MASINT Site lead
Serves as a supervisor of the Measures and Signatures Intelligence (MASINT) section in
the 205TH MI BN ACE Integrated GEOINT Node (IGD) 500TH MI BDE. Primary focus is
on the geophysical discipline that includes infrasound, seismic, acoustic and magnetic
detection activity. Collects analyzes and produces products from Unattended Ground
Sensors (UGS) in the USPACOM AOR, specifically the Joint Special Operations Task
Force – Philippines (JSOTF-P) providing timely accurate actionable intelligence reports to
war fighters in the theater of operation.
As the MASINT Subject Matter expert (SME), responsible for deploying, developing and
supporting Tasking Collection Processing Exploitation and Dissemination (TCPED) UGS
architecture for the entire USPACOM AOR.
As the Senior MASINT Analysts responsible for coordinating MASINT infrasound and
UGS collection Priority Intelligence Requirements (PIR) with the Joint Intelligence
Operations Center (JIOC), United States Forces Korea, National MASINT Office Liaison
(MASLO) and the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA).
As the senior MASINT SME ensures these requirements are properly vetted and injected
into the National MASINT Requirements System (NMRS) ensuring USPACOM
maximizes MASINT collection capability during high priority Weapons of Mass
Destruction (WMD) and National Missile events.
2009- 2012 Chief Supervising Officer Intelligence Surveillance Reconnaissance (ISR)

Conducted in-depth analysis and crafted recommendations for USPACOM’s vision to
integrate new and emerging ISR technologies to meet USPACOM intelligence collection
requirements.
Conduct continuous analysis and research to advise the USPACOM Deputy Chief of
Staff for Intelligence (J2) on the integration and coordination of various SAP programs to
support collection requirements.
Utilized extensive knowledge of Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) Defense Intelligence
Operations Coordination Center (DIOCC) Global Force Management (GFM) methodology
to develop, document and brief USPACOM Executive leadership on the Sensitive
Reconnaissance Operations (SRO).
Reviewed, validated and coordinated complex Request Force Forces (RFF) to ensure

military, interagency civilians, and contractors providing timely accurate warning on
transnational issues, terrorist’s threats, activities and intentions impacting USPACOM.
Directed complex all source intelligence operations and personally edited products
designed to provide senior leaders in-depth analysis on transnational terrorist intent,
capabilities and motivations within the Pacific Command area of responsibility.
Led the divisions 24/7 terrorism watch operations ensuring threat warning was provided
during time critical counter insurgency (COIN) planning and events.
Oversaw the annual budget in access of $100,000.00 allocating and accounting for all
funds. Designed a monthly spend plan resulting in significant cost saving and optimizing
opportunity training events for assigned personnel
2005-2008 Joint functional Component Command - Intelligence Surveillance and
Reconnaissance (JFCC-ISR) Branch Chief, Bolling AFB, Washington DC
Supervised EUCOM/NORTHCOM and SOCOM Branch’s responsible for coordination
and execution of ISR inter agency operations in support of Combatant Command
(COCOM) collection operations.
Designed and Coordinated the first ever Imagery Demo which analyzed the difference in
the IMINT collection capacity between national satellite systems and the U-2
Reconnaissance Aircraft. The results increased capacity across the DoD by reducing
redundant collection operations and increasing efficiencies.
Organized and led the JFCC-ISR first fly away team in support of national defense and
disaster relief operations for Hurricane Rita.
