 As the Special Agent in Charge (interim) expertly supervised, directed and solved four executive level,
high profile war crime investigations involving 14 subjects.
 As the Asst. Special Agent in Charge, supervised and guided the office in successfully investigating and
resolving over 290 investigations with an overall solve rate of 92%.
 Led an investigative team in collecting facts, establishing timelines and sequence of events involving a
highly sensitive officer involved shooting. Expertise and experience were directly responsible for
identifying the sequence and trajectory of shots fired.

 Supervised a pro-active Economic Crime Team whose investigative efforts identified fraudulent activities
in several organization’s purchase credit card. Efforts led to the recovery of $140,000 in funds and
property and the identification of over $300,000 in cost avoidance.
 Served as the primary liaison officer with the Seattle-FBI Joint Terrorism Task Force following the
terrorist attacks of 9/11. Contributed significantly to the to the military community by providing critical
and timely criminal intelligence and investigative leads.
 Established a protocol with the local prosecutor’s office for processing juveniles identified as having
committed crime on the military installation. Prior to establishing this protocol, there was no feasible or
practical way to deal with juvenile offenders. Efforts streamlined the investigative and judicial process.
 Selected the office’s senior officers, conducted key investigations into the potential theft of munitions.
Through tenacious investigative skills, identified numerous deficiencies concerning ammunition handling
procedures resulting in the recovery of $5,000 in munitions and $25,000 in recovered government
property.
Aug 97 - Aug 98: Special Agent, Yongsan CID Office, Yongsan, Republic of Korea
 Effectively managed and solved 55 economic-fraud, person and property crimes while recovering over
$500,000 in government funds and property.
 Led a team and meticulously investigated a high profile gang rape of a woman. Effectively collected
vital information concerning the incident which led the timely identification of five subjects within a 24
hour period. All testimonial and physical evidence led to the successful conviction of the subjects.

 Investigated over 100 sexual assault, person and property investigations; identified over 120 subjects
