02/2016-Present -selected as the FBI New Agent Program Development Coordinator
supervising over 150 new agents and overseeing all aspects of new agent orientation,
development, training and mentoring to meet FBI Headquarters requirements and
standards. Implemented new procedures and guidelines for evaluations, established a
peer advisor program and created a newsletter and information sharing network.
05/2013-01/2016- selected for assignment to the FBI New York Division Operations
Command (NYOC). Responsibilities included managing all aspects of infrastructure,
critical incident response, supervision of FBI uniformed police, internal and external
liaison communications and security for the FBI New York Division. The NYOC was the
central point of intake, triage, and distribution for the New York Office of the FBI.
Special Agents assigned to this position are subject matter experts required toact as
Crisis Managers and/or Security Officers for all events which affect FBI facilities,
operations and personnel.
04/2007-05/2013- volunteered for assignment in the Counterintelligence Division
working counterintelligence matters against threat countries. Cases were developed
utilizing human sources of information. Accomplishments include developing a
platform to assist FBI undercover operations with the assessment and neutralization of
hostile Intelligence Officers from threat countries. Served as Relief Supervisor and
Acting Supervisory Special Agent.
2. 08/2004 -04/2007- volunteered for assignment in the newly formed Office of
Intelligence Counterterrorism Division. Served as Principal Relief Supervisor and was
responsible for handling matters regarding gathering and disseminating intelligence to
law enforcement and intelligence community partners. Established numerous liaison
contacts and joint investigations with other law enforcement and intelligence agencies
forging excellent working relationships. Served as one of the first Field Intelligence
Officers for the FBI New York Division and also served as Acting Supervisory Special
Agent.
07/2002-08/2004- volunteered for assignment to the FBI Criminal Division Forfeiture
Asset Seizure Team (FAST). Investigative responsibilities included matters of forfeiture
and seizing assets in criminal cases including those involving financing of terrorist
activities in the United States and abroad.
01/1997-07/2002 -assigned tothe Criminal Division Organized Crime Branch.
Specialized in union corruption in the New York City construction industry and was the
case agent for multiple labor racketeering investigations involving La Cosa Nostra
organized crime. These criminal schemes culminated into multi-million dollar RICO
fraud and money laundering investigations involving multiple confidential human
sources of information and cooperating witnesses. Multiple indictments and arrests
were made and millions of dollars were forfeited and returned to the victim contractors
and the union annuity and pension funds. Federal monitors were appointed to oversee
unions. Investigative responsibilities also included traditional organized crime
violations including murder, prostitution, gambling, loan sharking, illegal drugs and
interstate theft.
07/1996-01/1997- selected for assignment to Special Investigations Unit (SPIN) tasked
with conducting background investigations of presidential appointees and sensitive
internal investigations involving FBI employees.
