Responsible for supervision, support and delegation of daily operations within unit, including
controlled narcotics deliveries, undercover narcotics purchases, surveillance/narcotics interdiction,
and money laundering investigations within IL, the US and internationally.
Managed unit training, preparation of State and Federal asset forfeiture, as well as related cases
and distributions; coordinated with unit Director to prepare yearly budget, determine operational
expenses and procedures, and coordinate team/unit scheduling.
Ensured strict adherence and coordination with Chicago High Intensity Drug Trafficking Area
federal grant program, administered by White House Office of National Drug Control Policy.
Special Undercover Narcotics Enforcement Agent (NARCINT) 2002 - 2012
Conducted narcotics and money laundering investigations including controlled narcotics
deliveries, undercover purchases, surveillances and interdiction within the state, country and
abroad.
Responsible for collection and preservation of investigation-related evidence and undercover
purchases; documented all transactions, prepared criminal charges and testified as prosecuting
witness against offenders.
Supported other agents during narcotics investigations, preparation and execution of
search/arrest warrants, and documentation regarding asset and money seizures; completed all
necessary paperwork, procedural and court-related responsibilities until seized items were released
to Posen PD.
