CHAPTER ONE
The Giants are Blind
In the world of business, the giants
are admired.
People talk first about the company
or corporate fortune, secondly
about the assets, third came
number of people. We do not care
which industry, important is the
wealth, financial wealth.
We adore them.
It is quite interesting because, in
the majority of fairy tales and
stories, GIANTS are the bad guys. Of
course with few acceptions.
So why do we change our minds if it comes to business?
One is same.
We fear them and at the same time would like to be part of.
In my work, I deal with giants and found out that one is similar to business giants. They are
blind or can hardly see what is going on. You can hardly recognize that behind expensive
sunglasses and glasses. If the walk you in their own premisses every step is automatic so as
every movement, delivering stories of success.
You may recognize their blindness outside, in the no known environment. They start to
stumble, the speech is interrupted, and many prefer to sit, instead of walk.
Their behavior is so different, and it is one of the reasons why all of them prefer to meet you
in their own kingdoms and houses made of steel and glass and gold.

GIANTS ARE BLIND
This is why they do not see whats going on. Until the right numbers are being presented in
neverending excel sheets and the KPI INDICATORS are above the line, the giants are happy.
When the bank account fills it is fine, no time to worry, investors secured.
There exist a cure, but the GIANT PERSONAL HELPERS and SERVANTS prefer to keep the big
head sightless for it makes much more things easier.
In the past, I was invited to meet giants in the HQ situated in city centers, in new buildings and
expensive surroundings, giving me no other opportunity than to believe the words confirmed
by certificates on the walls.
Later on, I started to prefer to make the visit to factories and made a factory tour by every
single visit and my sight change. Trash, Waste, Garbage bins, nicely placed and clean around —
WE HAVE ISO sounds to my ears. WE ARE GREEN. WE ARE SUSTAINABLE.
But the reality very different from the messages on the whiteboards.
Today I ask the giants to come to my small workplace in the city center. 100 years old,
renovated by a private investor, I am sitting in the very heart and instead of certificates, I serve
the results of my work.
One visit and the cure begin
It is not the 475.000.000.000.000 USD what starts
the process, it is the ability to touch the change, to
create the future, it is the ability to be reborn once
again. This is the way I do. This is INDUSTRY 5.0. This
is evolution.
Let the giants see again, only so he or she would be
able to use it’s giant’s force for change and creation.
Let the GIANTS SEE they will be the first who join us
to build the wasteless world.

CHAPTER TWO
The disbalance of the GIANTS
Following global development from the point
of waste prevention delivers very interesting
images.
The GIANTS start to clash.

Gender and Age battles all across the globe.
Corporations cut thousands of jobs and politicians leave the boats before they sank. Something
has changed. Where are the friendly handshakes? Where is the unity, UNITED NATIONS
represents?
In the Czech, we have one saying “rats leave the sinking ship first”
but what for, what they expect?
The rats are, at least, good swimmers and usually, they hang on a piece of wood and can survive
until the land show up. The problem of the GIANTS is there is no other planet to hang on and
(this is even more important), the size of the GIANTS turned from the biggest strength to the
biggest weakness, no small piece of wood can support.

The clashes of GIANTS end up with wars of ordinary people. Wars which gain the GIANTS the
stability back the need and weaken up those who make them weaker.
Every day we are being delivered news about clashes.
Every day hundreds of thousands thought, finally the change is coming, not thinking which one.
Do the BLIND GIANTS start to see or do they just look for the stick of the relay on during the
next movement?
The GIANTS are huge but slow. The size is broken down to thousands of heads and many levels
which have something to say. The power of individual suppressed by the power of few.
It is the RIGHT TIME TO ACT now. Stop blaming others for the wrong direction but set the right
one, not by words only, but by one man´s own steps and work.
I started my journey of constructing wasteless world six years ago, back in 2013 and it took just
two years before INDUSTRY 5.0 was born and it grows up like the tree from one single seed of
will and aim. Many waiting for the definition starts to understand the complexity which helps
to keep the balance needed for healthy growth.
The GIANTS are shaking, let us use the opportunity to prevent giant waste happen.
We can do it NOW and HERE, the only what is needed is

CHAPTER THREE
The Inertia of the Giants
Just before the end of September (2019), the
Giants meet up again to discuss the Climate.
Nobody claiming them for doing bad for
everyone knows that having heads over the
clouds you can hardly see what happen
below your feet.
The UN CLIMATE CONFERENCE follow the first UN YOUTH CLIMATE SUMMIT headed by Greta
Thunberg who cross the ocean on a boat to reduce own carbon footprint adding carbon
footprints of the members of the crew.
This time not the kids, but grandparents will meet in favor of the future.
The Board of Elders will agree on new steps.
Following KYOTO, PARIS, ROME and many
others.
The agreement would be signed and the nations
would agree. Sometimes. In the Future. 2030,
2050, 2100. Important is that the deadline is set
after the term of own responsibility.

The giants are Gigantic
They move with big uncontrolled movent towards the direction they feel is right having no
healthy eyes to see.
The giants are blind, thus we trust in their
action
Looking at the screen following the all-
seeing media we feel they do it for us.
With the guns on our heads, we search
the closes face recognition cam pledging
for NOT-GUILTY.
Stretching the legs dressed in lace we
know, it would be fine, enjoying the next
part of the never-ending series of the lives
running on the screen, projecting ourself
in the world we love so much.
Purchasing the VR goggles we enclose
ourself in the world of happiness, where
the meaning of life become MEANING,
covering all our desires at once.
The children on the street call for
CLIMATE JUSTICE asking OTHERS TO DO
Parents joining before signing the next
EMISSION VOUCHER to prove they are
not responsible anymore for the dirty air,
and drying planet.
The GrandParents sign PROTOCOLS with
great smiles on the heads assuring WE DID IT.

And the blind giants keep going, losing its
balance, falling down damaging next decade by
INERTIA which seems to be invisible to all who run and shout DO IT, WE WAIT.
I am not a giant. I am HUMAN
I don't want to live GIANT´S life, I have my own and it is up to you to decide which life do you
want to live and where

CHAPTER FOUR
The Giant´s Impact
The articles related to Giants counts to the
most read ones on my blog and I can just guess
what is the reason. Do the Giants still attract
the audience regardless of the reader's age?
Does size matter? Is it the title or the header
image?
No matter what it is, the fact is GIANTS are the
ones who influence our lives. They have
different names, Brands, Corporations, Industries, Celebrities, Presidents, Kings, Influencers,
Billionaires. No matter how you name them one is common to all, the size.
All of them have (no matter which one you talk about) a size that can hardly be overseen with
the observer's eyes. You need to get off the ground, from reality to virtuality, to online space
and even so, you will not see all.
The giants remain most on the octopus. Tentacles show up when needed. If there is no reason
to show up, they just flow along the body imitating the environment and when needed, change
the color for a while to say
I AM DIFFERENT
Clearly visible on the level of political parties especially before the next elections. The stock-
still bodies began to move and show WE ARE DIFFERENT, presenting promises which never are
intended to be fulfilled.
In 2019, which definitely is the year of political failures, the Global Leaders met at one place,
one assembly to discuss how to stop the change happen. I do not speak about CLIMATE, this
was just the tentacle, I speak about the changes which seem to influence the GIANTS
PROFITABILITY, about MONEY which made many of them grow the size of a GIANT.
WASTING WAS DECLARED NEW STRATEGY naming it INVESTIGATION, ANALYTICS, HELP,
SUPPORT, CHARITY, FUTURE which all are far away from the true meaning.

After the “GLOBAL LEADERS” on UNITED NATIONS HOLY GROUND, the BUSINESS GIANTS show
up one own tentacle holding the signs SUSTAINABILITY, DEVELOPMENT, PROTECTION meaning
DO NOT WORRY AND EAT MORE, CONSUME MORE, WE TAKE CARE.
There is just one issue, which many who looks at the giants as gods oversee is the fact that the
giants with the time lost their sight and are BLIND. Because of that, they loose
own BALANCE and the only that keeps them moving is the INERTIA.
This movement does not get the admirers and followers any further, for the giants go to ground
like BOEING and many others already show. It is important to understand this and do not cry
and blame them and to consider what to do with the bones and material the giants delivers
like THOMAS COOK.
INDUSTRY 5.0 and INDUSTRIAL UPCYCLING prevent waste happen, this is why those, who
opened their eyes and change the direction from wasteful to wastless are already prepared.
We do not wait until bad happen to cry over spilled milk as many do, we act and it is your own
choice what you will do.

CHAPTER FIVE
The Polonaise of GIANTS
Giants are living in between us. Visible. Loved
and Feared at the same time. Rich. Big.
Predictable in their moves. Lonely.

It is enough to see just a top of their names and you know with whom you are dealing with.
It is enough to see the flag and you can bend your back in respect of..
Dancing with the GIANTS is hard, for you can
only hardly match the size they have, being so
small and tiny comparing the fame and
fortune collected by the GIANTS itself, we
listen to their words instead and claps our
hands in sign of happiness.
The GIANTS can dance with GIANTS only,
there is no other way, so they do. The music
played so loud, the steps in long learned
rhythm, the Earth moves and shake with them
turning into the GAINT´S DANCEFLOOR.
At the end of the session, deep footsteps,
imprinted tracks mark the place. With a small investment, big money is made to grow even
bigger. All means allowed, what is important is just the size which matters.

Bigger is Better
More famous is More popular
Trillions beat Billions and never it is enough
The FORTUNE is the only STORYTELLER, an
indicator of the MAJESTY the SIZE.
The rhythm of POLONAISE slow, so are the
movements and at the end one single wrong step all lose the balance at once, falling down
crushing all that is on the way.
The size does matter
Smaller is better.
Moving in between the huge feet I am dancing along avoiding worse happen. Carefully
watching every step, not to crush the butterflies and newly born petals which move along with
the wind.
Everyone knows the names of GIANT´s, No GIANT know the name of the “small” man. Without
the small man's work, the GIANTS would not be able to grow, eat and dance, they will die.
In the end would the small man who buries GIANT corpse after it collapses to the ground.
When the small man starts to prevent waste happen, the GIANT loos its balance.
The INERTIA OF THE GIANTS is long, but it has begun already. INDUSTRY 5.0 goes global but not
a new GIANT was born, but a small man civilization which does not need the GIANTS to look at,
but a man, HUMAN to talk with, work and walk around.

CHAPTER SIX
The Giants still breath
I am not sure who of you has the possibility
to see in the morning a similar picture. The
countryside covered with low fog and the sun
waking up those ones who sleep.
If you had the opportunity to see it, you
surely remember how beautiful it was.
There are many explanations, one is the
evaporation of humidity due to the change of
temperatures between the ground and the
air, but is there any other reason to believe
except the trust in the knowledge we
collected during the time of our scholar
education? What is this is the breath of
giants?
The giants live in between us. They have
different names, but one condition fulfills all,
they are huge, gigantic, simply giants like.
Governments, Political Parties, Corporations, Armed Forces, Religions, Unions
No matter what is the name, one is similar, the number of people they consume on a daily base
to survive and proof they are worth the name.
As you know from my previous posts, the GIANTS ARE BLIND due to that, they have LOST THE
BALLANCE and the INERTIA drives them down to the ground so the sensitive ones hear and
feel the IMPACT of the big bodies after the LAST DANCE WAS FINISHED.
There is not a single day without any news from the HOUSE OF GIANTS.
They are bleeding losing not only money but the bones and structure. They try to grasp on
the STRAW but are too heavy to be carried with the flood. And people seem to wake up,
looking around in wonder of the beauty of the world which they lived in but never recognized.

First what is done in fear is the search for new GIANTS, which can accommodate their bodies
and release them from the suffering of own decision taking. The pain of wrong or right.
Those who overcome the seconds of tremor, stand up, straighten their backs and look around.
Most of them like, what they see and soon recognize the free movement so as the free-thinking
is so liberating that it is worth to overcome the seconds of fear and worries.
No matter how big the crowd, everyone remains individual, just the target is the same, not
because of the intention to grow up in giants size, but to remind flexible and free. The question
“DO WE NEED ANOTHER GIANT?”
sounds stronger and stronger, firstly being beaten by fingers of the hand in agony, but for how
long can agony rule the body? How long does it take the fingers to get lost and overcoming the
feeling of POWER, they understood it was not true feeling, just pretense to manipulate with
their minds and bodies.
I am not sure in which world do you want to live, but my word is FREE OF WASTE AND WASTING
IN ALL ITS FORMS and in this world, there is no space for GIANTS and BLOODSUCKERS.
Help me to put the GIANTS back on a place where they once came from, to the ground. Let us
use the bodies once so strong to deliver the ground and fertile soil for the new life of all in the
world where everybody knows first is the work, the crop comes after to be shared between all
who add the value in many of the forms the value can be added and I do not speak about
money, which should generate only more money without the consequences at the end of a
long night.

CHAPTER SEVEN
The Outflow of the Giants
It is November and the chimney is on, same
as in October, September, August, July and
every month and every day of the year and
the year before and the one before and so
on.
It has to be on for the factory need it
In the same factory, there are four more
chimneys almost of the same size, three of
them do not smoke for a long time, just stay
there same as the one I am looking at from
my flat
There are many cities penetrated by the
giant's fingers which in many cases
stretched to the sky reminds us of the age
of giants.
The lives in the cities and factories are changing constantly. The modern factory does not need
a big chimney anymore being supplied by power stations and heating facilities and gas facilities.
But most of the old chimneys stay in place. There are many reasons and one of them is “MAYBE
WILL BE NEEDED AGAIN”

For almost 30 years hear this sentence and in this time, burn-out chimney never gets back to
life by lighting the fire on. Some, very few get new active function being transformed to lookout
towers, but the rest just become part of the landscape, silent and dead. Many become dead
carriers of life signals for mobile phones, wifi or the internet and broadcasting.
The cities are being flooded
It seems like training for the global high-tide which seems to be closer than ever. Not only
Venice but cities like Jakarta, Los Angeles, or the complete states like
already ask what will be next?
VENICE was built as a “semi-floating” city, the builders count with the tide and prepare the city
structure and building to withstand the repeated power of water, but many, despite the flat
surface did not care.
The GIANTS are washed away, slowly but constantly, but I see no reason why to let them fade
away, leave them root without any use. What about to start to use what they left behind, what
about to take the bones and bodies and make out of them useful tools for the day which comes.
Why WASTE a factory when next will need the same

I am not scared of the Giants, I am not scared of the remains, I use them to change the world
very different way they expect. Grounded BOEING planes are wonderfull and exclusive hotels
and residences available immediately. Windmill blades become shelters and Bridges and
Schools, Factories housing to many.
DO NOT FEAR THE GIANTS LOS, USE THE REMAINS WISELY

CHAPTER EIGHT
STOP FEEDING THE GIANTS AGAIN

The GIANTS ARE BLIND and we watch
the DISBALANCE in INERTIA OF FALL and
wait for the sound of the IMPACT. In
the POLONAISE OF GIANTS they
still BREATH gasping for the air. It is the
LOW TIDE OF GIANTS we celebrate
forgetting the HIGH TIDE will come.
Being happy with the new freedom we
enjoy it with the dance of happiness
delivering promises, wasting money, we
lose the giants out of our sight letting them
wait for the next high tide, which came.
And once again we start to feed them
We cook for them, once again we give up
own thoughts waiting for words we get into
our ears to amplify them with our mouths
and statements forgetting completely the
true intentions of the giants whispering into
our heads
We can not defeat the enemy with the same
tactics, for we do not have the size of the
GIANTS so as their MONEY and POWER, But we
can stop to feed them and listen to them and
start step by step create the world where
GIANTS can live, but not rule.

It is important to call the GIANTS by name
and do not fear.
POLITICIANS, GOVERNMENTS,
CORPORATIONS, BANKS, EUROPEAN
UNION so as the organizations living from
the never-ending source of money
delivered to serve the interests of GIANTS.
Everyone have his or her or its name which
supporters call justice.
In THE WASTELESS WORLD STORY a man describes his journey, his aim is not to defeat the
giants, but to build up wasteless world and to do that the giants have to be cut from the power
which is fed by irreplaceable resources our home deliver
Stop feeding the giants with your greed and fear
Stop following the way only because somebody said, it is the right one. Before the next step
think. And do it again and again until you will see your own journey delivered by you. Only on
such a journey, you would be able to turn back and watch with pride the footprints you left.
No calculation can deliver the picture of your impact on the planet. It served just to hide the
reality, which is that every step leaves a mark behind. So let us walk carefully and enjoy every
single one.

CHAPTER NINE
the GIANS are DEAD already
The year 2020 started with a small
and tiny virus, which at the end
becomes more powerful than all
GIANTS together. Just days and
weekshave been needed to show the
Global so National Government's
weakness and disability to maintain
on the lead.
It reveals the absolutely unprepared
wasteful environment of leaders in
which leadership is based only on the
title on own business card added to
own name. Presidents, Prime
ministers, Counselors, Advisors,
Economists, which have lost the ability to see the real environment a long time ago and
concentrate on one and only aim, to remain at power.
Even the simplest decision needs ten approvals. Purchase of pens needs tender and without
the press conference and media coverage, no message can spread and be delivered to ordinary
citizens.
“ORDINARY” people who bow down to GIANTS in the fear of next decision.
But it is not enough to cheer above the fallen GIANTS BODIES, the true work starts now to clean
up and build up from scratch from wasteful the wasteless society and industry.
It is obvious that the GIANTS and LEADERS including the WORLD LEADERS did not fulfill not only
promises but function. First infected, raised not concern related countermeasures but panic.
The look in state reserves shows up, no usable reserves exist and if so, they left in the time of
days. Emergency instead of prevention. Governments block access to protection devices
including respirators leaving the healthy population vulnerable to infection.
Billions spent in governmental investment programs seem to end up in virtual castles build on
the clouds of the sky kingdom.

WHO, UN, EU, and other GIANT SERVANTS froze in its surprise repeating the words about the
thread, forgot to ask how it can happen that in the biggest factory in the world not a single
factory was closed due to the presence of infected worker.
Nobody wonders that just a day after applying a ban on BAD NEWS the production starts again.
Nobody wonder, why healthy and not infected people are equipped with surgical masks that
do not protect them.
Nobody asks how it can happen that the STATE RESERVES (not the financial ones) do not offer
enough protection equipment for more than a few days and a small number of people
There are many questions that would stay open for the fallen GIANTS will not be able to speak
anymore.
With the hands, the future is built. Not a ban, but the action creates results that lead towards
improvement. So I act. The unnoticed man decided to build the wasteless world and he does.
One virus closes thousands of factories and cleans up the sky
above them not in 30 years but just days and shows the
change is possible. The virus does not have hands and brain
in a way man has but delivered a result which leaders and
governments promised to do in Kyoto, Paris, Poznaň, New
York, Madrid.
NOT THE BAN and RESTRICTION but SUPPORT OF RESULTS
and THE PROCESS OF DELIVERING THE RESULTS is needed. If
the toothless leaders can not achieve this, they have to leave,
same as old laws and regulations delivered by the death, left
for the living.
If we don´t want to live on cemeteries, we have to leave them
and change the style we live and work. INDUSTRY 5.0 is the proof and tool at the same time, it
can be achieved and not the money but will and endurance stop hundreds of thousands of tons
of products and materials to become waste just by doing it.
Do not dance on the bodies of giants, do not bread new giants, use the experience and
treasures collected in the on-the-ground-mines and utilize it wisely. Not two giants hands, but
billions of the tiny human hands can feed, build and keep the world free of waste and wasting
in all its forms, it is the right time, to do so.
