Responsibleto evaluatehomeowner’s eligibility for foreclosurealternativeprograms.Responsiblefor the review,
final underwritingand approval of Deed in Lieu for several largeservicers.Obtained approval fromthe
servicers/investorswhen an accountfell outsideof our approval authority.Assisted homeowners by negotiating
and settling previous titlejudgments that were preventing a clear titleto complete the deed in lieu process.
Coordinated with titlecompanies to ensure timely completion of title closings and to ensure that the assetwas
processed and that ownership indicated the proper servicer/investor as the new owner.
 Specialized in GSE Deed in Lieu Fulfillmentand obtained approval fromFannie Mae on behalf of the
servicer..
 We successfully lowered the process time for a deed in lieu to less than 30 days from the initial contact
which was on average 12 daysfaster than the in-house teams.
