Program Specialist Office of Continuing Education, West Virginia University, Morgantown, WV March 2012 – Present
Responsible for developing all aspects of WVU, American Pharmacist Association, and Ruby Memorial Hospital continuing education programs enhancing pharmacist knowledge of current CE trends and ensuring retention through learner-focused initiatives. Serve as programming advisor, main point of contact between the office and its stakeholders, and primary online learning system administrator.
Annually advise 220+ prospective and current pharmacists on CE programming from inquiry stage through program completion.
Collaborate with multiple partnerships developing curriculum, overseeing programming logistics, and serving as education and technical support for 45-55+ RMH and WVU CE programs and 1,905+ learners.
Achieved a 99.4% learner completion rate for 175 participants overseeing faculty curriculum updates, program logistics, and learner services for APhA’s Diabetes, Immunization, and Medication Therapy Management Certificate Training programs.
Execute audits of 14,660+ CE credits and oversee compilation and reporting to the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education.
Developed upgraded curriculum and achieved a combined 94% increase in learners for the 2014 Southeastern Ohio Pharmacists Association, WVU Martinsburg, and WVU Flatwoods spring CE programs.
Oversee administration of phone and email communications, filing, budget expenditures, social media tools, and tech support.
Key Achievement – Led major CE management change initiative achieving a 72% increase in office efficiency by initiating upgrade from paper-based CE management to online CE learning system management and oversee system functionality for 4,100+ users.

Reporting to Institute Director, responsible for providing leadership across multiple platforms directing day-to-day operations of the Serene Institute acting in a highly visible program management and student services position. Implemented Leadership Challenge objectives and coordinated camp logistics achieving a 97% student satisfaction rating.
