Responsible for developing all aspects of WVU, American Pharmacist Association, and Ruby Memorial Hospital continuing education programs enhancing pharmacist knowledge of current CE trends and ensuring retention through learner-focused initiatives. Serve as programming advisor, main point of contact between the office and its stakeholders, and primary online learning system administrator. Key contributions include:
Annually advise 220+ prospective and current pharmacists on CE programming from inquiry stage through program completion.
Maintain a 90% retention rate collaborating with multiple partnerships developing curriculum, overseeing programming logistics, and serving as education and technical support for 45-55+ RMH and WVU CE programs and 1,905+ learners.
Achieved a 99.4% learner completion rate for 175 participants overseeing faculty curriculum and training updates, program logistics, and learner services for APhA’s Diabetes, Immunization, and Medication Therapy Management Certificate Training programs.
Execute audits of 14,660+ CE credit hours and oversee compilation and reporting to the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education.
Developed upgraded curriculum and achieved a combined 94% increase in learners for the 2014 Southeastern Ohio Pharmacists Association, WVU Martinsburg, and WVU Flatwoods spring CE programs.

Reporting to Institute Director, responsible for providing leadership across multiple platforms directing day-to-day operations of the Linda and Harry Serene Leadership Institute acting in a highly visible program management and student services position. Implemented Institute’s 6 month start-up plan in 2 months utilizing project management and relationship building skills to effectively establish the annual Leadership Challenge high school leadership camp and leadership speaker series.
