2. ALL TECO employees will return to working their regular schedule starting
Monday May 4, 2020 unless:
⎻ You have COVID-19 symptoms
⎻ You have been in contact with someone that has COVID-19
⎻ You have been excused by your supervisor
If you have any concerns with returning to work, please notify your
supervisor.
WHO SHOULD RETURN
3. Everyone will be monitored for COVID-19 symptoms when arriving on site.
In order to enter TECO:
⎻ Temperature scans will be located at both entrances to the plant
⎻ Follow the directions provided on the signs
⎻ Clean your hands with sanitizer provided at the temperature scan location
When complete and entering TECO, you are affirming that your COVID-19
status has not changed since completing the questionnaire in RedVector
Screening is only required once a shift when arriving for work and is not
required for re-entry during that shift.

4. Social distancing will be enforced.
⎻ No meetings to be held in person
⎻ Only one person in an office
⎻ Maintain distance in common areas
⎻ No social gatherings
NEW REQUIREMENTS AT TECO
5. Face coverings shall be worn while in common areas on site
⎻ Hallways
⎻ Restrooms
⎻ Breakrooms
⎻ Elevators
Face coverings shall also be worn
⎻ Inside TECO vehicles when occupied by more than one person
⎻ When working within close proximity of other people and proper distancing can not
be maintained
⎻ When performing TECO business outside the energy plant
NEW REQUIREMENTS AT TECO
6. Notify your supervisor IMMEDIATELY if you develop any COVID-19
symptoms or you come into contact with someone that has COVID-19.
Symptoms include:
⎻ Cough
⎻ Shortness of breath
⎻ Difficulty breathing
⎻ Chills
⎻ Muscle aches
⎻ Sore throat
⎻ Loss of taste or smell
⎻ Temperature greater than 100.0 degrees
