Costumes, Actors, Props
 I only need two main actors for my media video because it is
based around a couple. There is a storyline between the couple
where the boy has a flash back of their relationship.
 Charlie Round is my main boy actor, I think that he would be
perfect for the role as he has big eyes which are perfect for when
I do extreme close ups. He studies media and drama, he wants a
career in acting and to study it in university. Charlie also
performs regularly in front of audiences and behind a camera. In
many ways Charlie can relate to the character and would be best
suited for this. He has played a role to do with couples in the,
past so would have great experience in this. As it can be quite
awkward for non actors to play such an emotional and involved.
Another reason I have chosen Charlie is because he knows the
song ‘ Would I lie to you’ well and therefore would be able to act
better than someone who isn’t familiar with the song.
Actors
 My second actress is Abbie Sutton a Ringwood sixth
from student , I have chosen Abbie to play the girl role
in the ‘couple’ scenes because she is confident and
would suit the role really well. Abbie has had experience
in acting before, she was one of the cast members in
Oklahoma and was also one of my actresses in my short
2 minuet film opening. Abbie is also a close friend of
mine so she wont be shy and awkward in front of the
camera which means she will perform to maximal
potential. Abbie's looks also fit the character very well as
she is pretty with long brown hair, she also dresses in a
modern way which fits the genre of music. Abbie and
Charlie are also very close friends so there would be no
awkwardness there when performing together.
Props/ equipment

I am using this camera as it has many different
benefits these include:
• Smooth focus
• Touch screen for easy use
• Brightening the picture and focus on the person
while blurring the back ground this is really good,
for me because this is good as my main interview
cuts are all about the persons face and their
expression
• It is very easy to use – this is really easy for me to
use as I am not the best with confusing
technology this means its allows me to get the
best out of filming with the camera
Equipment
I will be using a tripod
because in my interview
scenes to make them look
professional, it will need to
be completely static, by
having it on the tripod it
also allows for maximal
movement while static and
not shaky.
I am going to use a mic
adapter when filming the
interview scenes this is
be really beneficial
because It will allow to
optimum sound as this is
the main aspect of the
interview the dialect.
SD card- I will need this to
store my material on for the
film.
I am going to use Premier Pro
to edit my footage. It has
some great effects I can use
and I can change things light
lighting on it to emphasis the
moods.
Costumes
I have decided to let my actors choose their costumes but gave them a few
ideas and inspirations of what to wear. As EDM style music videos a lot of the
actors wear very modern and fashionable clothing. Whereas the fans at EDM
events where very out there clothes, with bright colours. This however would
not fit into my music video. I am fully confident with the choices Abbie and
Charlie have chosen for my music video and I think it would suit the genre
really well.
