3. OUR PLEDGE
Growth Development is deeply committed to support organisations to
‘master’ the complexity struggle found in their workplace when it comes
to building high performance teams
One of our core values is ‘Keep it Simple’ which guides us to ensure that
we equip workplaces and their people with simple solutions that
translated into organisational outcomes
In our Seminars a big part of how we do this is through – simple -
‘lightbulb’ concepts delivered through an engaged learning environment,
supporting you to translate these to your real workplace settings
“SIMPLE is how we roll at
Growth Development”
4. The question is ‘are we here to learn all about culture and
performance theory or are we here so we can build a high
performing culture?’ A subtle difference in the question, but very
significant in terms of achieving outcome.

5. “Why can’t organisations see the forest from the

LEADERSHIP RESULTS 2017
Be committed to a growth mindset
and prepared to have your beliefs
shaken (just a little).
Sebastian highlights that ‘leadership
doesn’t occur in a vacuum’ what
that means is that there isn’t a step
by step pathway you can engage to
create a high performing culture,
things are constantly shifting and
changing. By accepting this we must
also be ok to look at ourselves as a
person, to be ok with reflecting and
learning, to be prepared to look at
our past actions and say, ‘I could
have done that better’.
House keeping toilets, GD Seminar intro – leadership focus - and then 5 sessions planned for the day – jam packed day to maximise learning so we will prioritise timeliness! introduce notebook QR codes, session links, breakout spaces for activities and reflections and online discussion forum (Check weblink option – QR- privacy consideration..) MUSIC Cinema & Breakout spaces
All our Seminars focus on the ‘implementation gap’ in the ‘real life’ work environment. Yes we require knowledge and yes this needs to be empirically sound, but for decades we have focussed on passive deliver
