We know the future will be different – can’t predict it though
Dan’s quote about present
When something pivots now, unless you put in real effort towards aligning on Purpose, they will fall out of realignment. Eg, if the Government says we are reopening businesses, in just a week or two, within 6 weeks, employees will say, ‘what have you done for me lately’ and it’s forgotten. And their will be in a position where there’s a sense of entitlement while the business.
The greatest thing a business a business can do to give it the greatest odds to thrive in whatever new normal will be, will be to go ahead today and align on a purpose and use that purpose to inform decisions that are made.
