JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Daily maintain the purchase & sales in TALLY properly.
2. Daily report of opening & closing balance of material
3. Handling incoming and outgoing material, co-ordination with Vendor, courier,
transporters, and field staff.
4. Handling material reports, MIS and other routine work.
5. Monitoring the quality, quantity, cost and efficiency of the movement and storage of goods
6. Coordinating and controlling the order cycle and associated information systems
7. Identification of materials (retated to building)
8. Coordination of Purchase/well verse with Quality of Material and its parameters
9. To set calendar and lead periodical material count process for 100% accuracy in material
accounting
10. Keeping proper record of departmental tools, machinery etc. on site
11. Maintaining log books for different machinery and equipment along with maintenance
record with the help of mechanic
12. Maintaining the proper record of materials relating to the receipt and issue of materials.
13. Checking the physical quantity of materials and verify with a bin card.
14. Maintaining the stock registers, entering there in all receipts, issues and balance of
materials.
15. Arranging for physical verification of store items periodically
16. Keeping the store always neat, clean and tidy
17. Supplying information of materials, stock position and so on whenever needed
18. Maintain accurate and current records of stock transaction
19. Determine maximums and minimums for ordering
20. Receive the items and informed to the concerned department
21. Maintains or changes product displays including those required for periodic sale events.
22. Greets and assists customers with product selection.
23. Preventing unauthorized entrance into the store room.
24. Follow oral and written instructions
