4. Objective of the study
The objective of this research project is to
find out the organizational behavior practices in Square Pharmaceuticals and
analyze a problem faced by the organization. Behavior of the employees is one
of the most important aspects in any organization. In this project we have
explained some aspects of organizational behavior like diversity, employee work
life balance, power distance, rewards, workplace deviant behavior, emotions and
moods and emotional intelligence in regards of pharmaceuticals company-
“Square Pharmaceuticals”.
