support and care they receive from the
organization and are highly committed to the
organization. They are willing to stay on the
organization and have no intention to leave.
15. Shortcomings of this survey
The Number of respondents weren’t satisfactory.
The expected level of co-operation was not attained from
the organization.
The employees may not have revealed the proper
feedback.
