2. INGREDIENTS
o 2 cups All purpose flour TOPPINGS:
o ¾ cup white sugar Pizza sauce
o 1 tbsp. baking powder Cheese
o 1 large egg Green bell pepper
o 1 cup evaporated milk Cooked ham (pan
fry)
Cooked mushroom
(boiled for 5 mins)

3. PROCEDURE
• In a mixing bowl, mix and combine the flour, sugar and baking
powder
• Make a well and add the egg and evaporated milk. Mix gently until
the sugar will dissolve. (Don’t over mix!)
• Sift to make sure there are no lumps.
• Pour the puto batter in the puto moulder and leave an allowance for
toppings.
• For the toppings, add pizza sauce, cheese, cooked ham, green bell
pepper and mushroom in no particular order.
• Put in a steamer and cook over medium low heat.
• Steam for 10 minutes.
Note: make sure to put cloth in lid to avoid water drops.
