 Effectively and accurately communicate relevant project information to the client and project team.
 Ensure client’s needs are met in a timely and cost effective manner.
 Review project reports from Consultants throughout the lifecycle of the project.
 Issue Contracts, Letters of Intent, Purchase Orders, etc.
 Maintain Contract Agreement Tracking Log.
 Track and manage project scope change requests.
 Establishing and maintaining the project documentation library according to the document structure.
 Prepare substantial completion documents and ensure all required project close out documents are obtained.
 Ensure that projectrelated changes are approved and revisions are clearly identified and available in a central location for access
by project stakeholders (e.g. BOX / SharePoint).
 Keep the Project Manager and others informed about project status and issues that may impact client relations.
 Coordinate weekly/monthly meetings with PM Office and relevant stakeholders (book venues and set-up VC facilities).
 Travel Arrangements: extensive management, planning and coordinating of overseas travel for PM and team members, (e.g.
Forex, Passport, Visitation Letters, Hotel Accommodation, Visas, Appointments, Transfers, Draw up Itinerary, etc.).
REASON FOR LEAVING: Currently employed on a Fixed Term Contract basis. The PMO office recently relocated to Durban, Head
Office and the workload in Johannesburg office has become less. Therefore seeking permanent employment with a company that a llows
me to use my professional experiences in a long term, mutually beneficial relationship.

serial number.

2. Project Name : PRJ259 – Frankfurt Expansion
Summary : Hardware expansion (Server, Storage, Network & Facility in the Frankfurt datacenter for the
following three key initiatives: 1) Hosting Oss affiliate workload; 2) Expansion to mitigate current
capacity risk; 3) Transform Datacenter architecture to improve systems availability and disaster
recovery lead times and testing.

4. Project Name : PRJ165 – LMS Deployment (Launch Management System)
Summary : Aspen Group Launches requires a launch management solution to collect, maintain and
communicate new product launch information. To enable Group to plan, monitor and manage the
in-time launching of a product to caputre the market at the most desirable selling price.
Duration : September 2013 to January 2014

Budget : Capex: R 2 823 958-00 Opex: R 1 722 044-00,per annum
5. Project Name : PRJ168 – NDB Nightingale, France
Summary : Aspen Holdings acquired a GSK factory in France of which the factory ERP system, other
applications and people need to be transitioned to Aspen.
Phase 1: GAP analysis of business processes and functions currently in use by French Factory.
Phase 2: Vendor engagement and prototype planning and build activities to enable the factory
transition execution to start on 1st
November 2013.
Phase 3: Transition of all factory systems to Aspen by April 2014.
Duration : September 2013 to January 2014

6. Project Name : PRJ211 – Project Bloom
Summary : Creation of exchange environment for the Factory in France (Project Bloom), the exchange
environment must host 1051 users. These users will be in OSS, USA and Japan.
Duration : September 2013 to June 2015

 Generate Year on Year Sales Analysis to enable Commercial Manager to present to Proprietors e.g.:
(Actual Paid) Average Percentage Variance 2011 vs 2012 (supply and sale).
Number of Outlets, Sell-outs and Returns Analysis.
Retail Market Share Analysis.
Top Selling Geographical Areas/Outlets Analysis.
These reports were generated for the following publications: Citizen, The New Age, Junk Mail Products,Mail and Guardian,
Economist,Bloomberg,Blou Magazine, Isolezwe,etc.
 Plan, setand manage staffperformance objectives through performance discussions, to improve and/or maintain individual staff
performance.
 In conjunction with Commercial Manager, compile and execute individual staff development and overall staff bench plans to
improve team capability and ensure continuity.
 Responsible for the management of eight staff members/Publishers, within the Commercial Department.
 Generate focus reports for assigned publications from, IPS System, for publishing allocation purposes.
 Follow Commercial Dept. procedures to ensure efficient distribution of newspapers and magazines.
 Monitor Publishers individual performance and ensure publishing is done accurately and timeously.
